Absolutely disgusted with this place! The second we walked in the door i had to take multiple looks over to see if it was just customers that were being obnoxiously loud talking and swearing and gossiping about people in a group, only to realize it was all the staff huddled up not acknowledging any customers walking in! The vulgar language and the volume coming out of their mouths was unreal! Customers kept looking up at them in disbelief! They moved along from the side of the store right into the middle of the store to continue this conversation! This store should be Absolutely embarrassed and ashamed of how this store is run and who they hire on as staff!

This store is absolutely disgusting! Walked into the store and all the staff were standing in the middle of the store talking as loud as possible gossiping about other staff and swearing super loud! Elderly customers kept looking up from aisles in shock! I had my niece with me and did not need to hear that! Didn't ask us once if we needed anything. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon!!

I needed some help looking for clothes for some people, and I believe it was trinity who helped me, made the process so much smoother. Highly recommend this store it’s very organized everything is easy to find.

Too bad one cannot leave a zero star as I would like to with my experience. Purchased boots $49.98 in January 2023 and the back of them came apart. Smiling cashier advised me there was only a 30 day return. Boots came apart after the 30 days, sorry she replied. Walked away asked her to return them to their supplier, maybe Ardene will get the refund in the end. Never shopping at Ardene again, quality not there, service not there! Sorry to say, maybe they will go bankrupt, they should for the quality they provide. Find another retail seller to buy your boots from!

I order things online so I dont have to go into this store. I stopped in to grab a couple things in a rush and quickly remembered why I don't like this store. No help at all. Not friendly at all. Not a surprise that the store is always empty

Super rude staff, no help at all. Felt very uncomfortable. Was told rudely by one of the staff associates to keep my mask on, when it wasn't even off nor was I trying to take it off, I was just adjusting it and it was still on my face. Chill. Extremely rude. Then was told at the cashier I should loop it so it doesn't keep "sliding off" rudely. I was also told coldly to wash the sweater before I wore it. Very bizarre vibe. I will not come back here. Quit your job if you're gonna be that rude.

Staff were very rude and not helpful. I had waited for someone to help me in the fitting rooms but had to go find someone and they were just hanging around visiting and not paying much attention to any customers. The staff seamed to be very short with people and easily angered. I don't feel I did anything wrong or rude but they didn't treat me well at all. I had decided against buying some things because of how bad the staff made me feel and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
