Great service and very fast.
They helped my husband with a remote sleep study which was very easy to set up. Diagnosis was quick and he was able to get a machine immediately after his appointment.
They did follow ups to make sure he was doing well and he is sleeping much better and has more energy.
I definitely recommend

I would like to take a moment to recognize Michael Lussier at Advanced Respiratory Care at the Sherwood Park branch for his professionalism and outstand care that I receive. Michael goes above and beyond to make sure I understand how my apparatus works, fits and any maintenance and care that is needed. He also has a great way of explaining when it comes to the "Goal" we are trying to achieve. Thanks Michael for being there for me!! Wendy

Had the pleasure of working alongside the employees of ARC in Sherwood Park.
The standard of care was exceptional while the employees currently there are fantastic and care about the well-being of each and every patient.
Special shout-out to those I worked with side-by-side: Barb, Zahra, Michelle, Kim, Courtney, Mike, Michael, Amerley, and the rest of the O2 team - Crystal, Cortney, Barbara & Kyle.
You are all helpful, friendly and hard-working individuals and it was a pleasure to work alongside you. Thank you for making my time there pleasant and memorable.

I just went here to get a Holter monitor put on, but had to leave a review -- everyone I interacted with was excellent and super friendly, especially the woman who fitted the monitor on me. I was anxious going in, but was put totally at ease and left in a better mood than I arrived. Good job, y'all.

I wish incould give negative ratings. I bought a unit from them in 2016, it was recalled by philips. I contacted them a couple times regarding this, and someone told me I had to go to sherwood Park to pick up my replacement device, I know live 900km away in bc. Then I spoke to another lady who said no that's just silly, send my old one in they will make sure everything is there and send the new one out. Should have been 5 days without maximum, but today I have been off of my machine for a month. She has been dodging calls from my partner, saying it's been shipped a few seperate times and still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Go anywhere buy here!

My bulldog Gus has been renting their oxygen equipment since last October.It has been easy to use, affordable, and it has helped save his life a couple of times now.The portable oxygen cylinder has made it possible to still go out and do things together, as well as going to get his daily puppuccino from Starbucks.Everyone in the office is great, especially Stacey and their new receptionist.Gus is made to feel welcomed when he has to accompany me in the office.

Stacey and the ladies at ARCN in Sherwood Park were awesome, helping my dad with a replacement CPAP mask after his broke sometime during our rushed evacuation because of wildfires where we live. They quickly helped find the right mask and ensured it fit correctly. It was all very much appreciated! Thank-you very much!

The staff needs to be a bit courteous. They want credit card information/ towards equipment for Sleep Study on the spot. Now, it can also be done with copy of Drivers' License as few of us are vary how they handle our credit card. But they don't tell you the option and if you ask the front counter lady curtly replied "you can ask inside if you have any questions". Kindda harsh! The sleep study analyst explained everything in details and was jovial. Good job! it took away the indifferent experience we had at front counter.

It was a great experience Sonya was fantastic she made the whole experience wonderful. The bed everything was very comfortable the whole clinic was great. But Sonya was an awesome attentive and polite.
