This 7-eleven is full of thief's. please save your hard earned money and don’t go this store. I will tell you why. I live in Edmonton and i came is sherwood park to meet my friends. On my way back, i was filling my gas and went to this store. I pre- paid for $100 gas for my car from inside. I filled only for 77.66. And i left because pre- paid is just an authorization for a certain amount. As we all know the difference goes back to our bank account but not in this case. And the cashier didn’t bother to mention that if you fill less please come inside for your difference. Moreover there was no sign to inform the guest. I came to the store and asked like I didn’t got my money bank. Because the bank take 2-3 days to post the transaction. And they refused for the refund. I don’t know who will refund my money. If 7-eleven management is seeing this review please look into this issue.

Really bad service walked in nobody even noticed me the guy and girl we're to busy looking at paperwork. I said hi didn't get a hi back .Then I said can I get a hot dog please and got a sure .The girl walked into the back room and the guy served the guy that came into the store behind me and continued to ignore me so I after waiting a bit more left and said thanks for not serving me !!

I worked down the street from this location for many years. The staff is very friendly and the store is well stocked and clean. The slurpee selection is 10/10.

I am regular customer of this store from last 8months. And love to swing by for my coffee,lottery and gas unfortunately the service is getting worst and worst every single day. Not proper trained employes. Most of the times single employee working by himself/herself with long lineup in busy time . Store is not proper clean/organized.!!!!!!!!!!BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!! no more fun to shop in this store.??

Workers there have weak social skills.There are two workers in particular, one chats you up too much, the other should honestly never open his mouth. They both usually work night shift. Wish there was a self-checkout that let you pay without having to talk with those weirdos :/
