came here to get a few drinks, went up to the front with my boyfriend and Pawan comes out. i smile at him and he points to my nose and says “what’s this?” i thought i had like a crumb or something, but my boyfriend catches on quickly and says “it’s makeup man, don’t worry about it.” Pawan says “it looks like a wound” i realize he’s talking about my contour. for those reading, contour is darker makeup you use, you can use it on your nose, but since im brown i have to use darker contour. i say nothing and stare at him. my boyfriend speaks up and says “it’s makeup.” Paean laughs and says “it’s a wound.” Paean is an older man making comments on young girls makeup, how disgusting. i left the store initially feeling embarrassed about myself, but i wasn’t wearing anything inappropriate and i didn’t do anything wrong but wear makeup. so i decided to go back in. i Asked for his manager’s information and suddenly Pawan no longer speaks english. He suddenly can’t understand that i want his managers name, and keeps saying “i treat everyone like brother and sister” while anxiously picking his gross neck. Making fun of your customers looks, ESPECIALLY young girls is not okay, but refusing to give your managers name is even more unacceptable.

This 7-Eleven has consistently proven to be an exceptional establishment, standing out due to its amazing staff who go above and beyond.I love three blocks away in Nottingham and find myself frequenting this spot whenever I'm in need of a last minute item. The convenience it offers is fantastic.Among the staff, Pawan captures our hearts the most. He's not just an employee but an integral part of our neighborhood experience. His ever present smile is contagious. It's not just the smile, though - you can sense a genuine love for what he does, and a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction. He remembers our usual needs, often starting to prepare our regular items the moment he sees us walking in, making us feel seen and valued. Moreover, the store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, reflecting the high standards they maintain. The variety of products available saves us from making trips to larger stores, especially during late hours. In conclusion, this 7-Eleven doesn't just represent a convenience store; it's a cornerstone of our community in Nottingham, made special by dedicated workers like Pawan who transform routine shopping into a delightful experience.

Not a welcoming store at all. If you’re visiting this particular 7-eleven, do not expect good customer service from the sales representative. He seems to be an Indian guy who is in his late 40’s or early 50’s. First incident happened when I went to fill my gas tank. I accidentally pressed the wrong button and the transaction got canceled and needed to be reset. So I pressed the help button from gas island and nobody responded for like 3-4 minutes. Then I went inside the store and this guy showed up after a few minutes when I knocked on the counter. No hi or hello received from his side. He started looking at my face just like he doesn’t know what needs to be done when a customer enters the store. Zero on customer service skills!

I went to this location on Sept 26 between 2:30am - 2:40am to buy chicken taquitos and snacks and there was no cashier for few minutes and I had to wait and then after some time I noticed a staff coming out from the back rubbing his eyes. At that time I asked for chicken taquitos and he without even checking instantaneously told me that they don’t have which surprised me a bit. It seem’s like that I came at a wrong time to make my purchase and I seem to have disturbed his sleep. I know 7 Eleven is open 24 hours a day and i never once expected this kind of service. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

Arvin the manager quickly and effectively resolved an issue we had as neighbors to his car wash. The alert buzzer was very loud. Arvin had the noise level lowered. It is now pleasant to sit on my deck.Arvin and his staff are very friendly. They make excellent neighbors. The car wash has been here for twenty years. Arvin is the best we’ve had.

Employee seemed sick with a runny nose and cough, no gloves or mask, handing me everything after/while wiping his nose with his hands. Needless to say it was a little scary. Do you even screen your employees for sickness in a pandemic or just let them do whatever?

Come in to see if they sell the pure leaf green tea, which they do so I was happy, even happier to see that they're 2 for 4 dollars plus 200 bonus points. Grabbed 6 of them because they're nice to drink with a sore throat, get to the till, 20 dollars? Say they're supposed to be 2 for 4, "oh that's for tomorrow" so why do you have the sale up at 7:30pm? Asked if they would even honor the price and just skip the bonus points, nope. What a joke.
