Spent $20 on snacks and was double charged for $40, after a half hour wait I was promised to get the money back in 3-5 days, been multiple weeks and haven’t gotten anything back. Worker was more worried about the franchise losing $20 over a customer. Have been trying to get help from higher ups and have publicly tried to help but privately ignored. Was asked to send proof, did that, heard nothing back.

Debit machine was not working correctly, and took two $20 payments out of my sons account. When the clerk (assistant manager) was shown, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone discussing what to do. In the end, instead of doing what was right and refunding the transaction, they told us the refund couldn't happen for 3-5 days. This never happened, and its been weeks now.Pretty ridiculous and makes me wonder if other customers have been ripped off?

I went into the seven eleven today and asked for 4 taquitos. 2 beef taco, and 2 jalapeño and cheddar the guy at the counter gave me 3 of the Buffalo chicken. I just think they should make sure they are giving people the right things because some people are allergic to the other things in your taquitos. I just don't think it's that hard to give a customer what they asked for.

Watch your change when doing anything involving cash. The teller told me she was only going to give me $4 of the $4.12 that I was owed. No reason given. I know it's Sunday afternoon, but not giving back the full amount is theft. I wasn't about to argue with her about it and make a scene, but it should be noted for anyone else walking in there.

I visited your store this near holiday inn and Mamta was cashier i bought some food there and she was so nice to and other customers too she had smile and her way to attend customers was so nice.

I came into this 7 eleven today in the afternoon and the clerk in the store was the friendliest hard working 711 employee I have ever seen!! I look forward to coming back to this location because of the employees. It was very busy in the store as well. And that’s why I’m so impressed.

If the store wants to sell something online, at least let your staff know beforehand. Bought a discount bag of food online, and the staff have no idea what was I talking about. It was supposed a bag of food worth $15, the staff wants to give me a 4 bucks sandwich and call it even. σ(^_^;)

Time management may be a wise business strategy to implement at this store. Here at 4:15 to wait 20 minutes for 2 slices of pizza and only one person in front of me. One employee moved slower than a sloth made out of molasses while the other just stood there staring at the line of people. I come here often and it's always the same so it's not just a one time they're having a bad day type deal. Going to find alternatives, shame on me as I'm the one that keeps coming here knowing that it's not an in and out type of store. Took the convenience out of convenience store.

Payment machines at pump do not work. Will state "incorrect pin" and lock your card. Has been an issue for several months and is still not fixed.

I've been in thousands of 7-11 stores in a dozen countries. This one really impressed me. A couple times, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was finding what I needed. I decided on a nachos with beef and cheese, but the cheese was nearly out. A nice young lady ran around with another full bag of cheese and made sure I was going to get fresh product rather than the dregs from the last bag. Then when I was choosing a hotdog, she recomended the smokie and made sure I got the good looking one (the other was leaking cheese a bit). When tapping my card didn't work, she explained that since I had a chip on my card, their machine needed for me to insert the card and key in my code. She apologized for that.I respect that kind of customer service and attention. I don't understand their low star count. Maybe they have a new manager.

Went for smokes this morning! I work grave yards. The man I asked for smokes from was absolutely clueless and was very obvious that he could care less about me as a customer! What ignorance!

Rude Customer Service, asked if their is any more Nacho Cheese and the Lady rudely said “No, no more nachos and if your done get out already” I said I was still looking for snacks and she said again “ okay go hurry up so you can leave”Adding to that she kept profiling us and following us everywhere we went while we already paid for our stuff and kept giving us a stank eye.
