I live just across the street and typically never have any issues. The ladies are lovely however one of the male employees refused to allow me to pay for a group of children’s slurpees since they were .30 cents short. He proceeded to lecture the children about having the correct amount of money and needing to be more prepared, but they were clearly 10 years and under. We tried two more times and were finally allowed on the third try after questioning the employee, assuming that the manager had walked in so he had no choice. Not impressed that they wouldn’t allow us to cover for the children.

I love 98% of the employees here. I’m here so often at night I should just have the Pepsi machine set up to me like an IV at this point.
However… the old man that’s recently started there is a D Bag. My BMO card wasn’t working. I have myself on a spending budget so it has a limit on it for my late night snacks lol. I’m not sure the reason but the card itself wasn’t working. I told him to go ahead and help the next person, he got huffy and said I need to hurry up cause after 2 minutes the screen freezes. That’s not a me issue.. I can only go as fast as fast as my phone will load to check my balance. Ok checked balance confirmed it’s not a me issue. His computer froze and he said “see you took to long now I have to take you over here” I was shocked at his attitude but my kids needed milk and I wanted a slush so ok let’s try this till and machine. Cause again not a me issue. Welp the machine declined my card again. … still not sure why but I apologized and said give me one moment I’ll just transfer it over to an account that I can use my phone to tap, he gets pissy pacing back and forth and tells me I need to hurry up and pay. I stopped what I was doing, looked at him said I am
Transferring the funds, see I have money, flashed my phone to which he looked away, and I said don’t worry I’m going to pay I just need a minute. So he continues to pace I continue to transfer the funds and he goes “Kay come on maam” again I said “I know I’m going to pay, you can do something else while we wait for it to transfer” so he says “so your going to put this back then?” And puts his hands on the milk. I said “No! I just said I am going to pay for it”
Keep in mind it does NOT take that long for an e-transfer, he got this impatient in a matter of a 2 maybe 3 minutes.
All this after he snapped on the couple teen kids wanting pizza before me and he told them no cause he didn’t want to make it. Lazy, grumpy, rude, leave the job for those who want it and want to give customer service with a smile..
Rude.

wow just wow where do i start
the pizza was absolutely delicious my pallette was graced with the perfect amount of umami goodness that hit the right spot of my appetite. the taquitos were absolutely delicious which included rich flavors of monterrey jack cheese and nicely seasoned chicken. my only complaint is that i didnt order enough
overall, this exceeded my expectations and i will be back for more. Bravo!

It’s 2 a.m., and I’m deep into some serious snacking, so I decide to hit up 7-Eleven. As expected at that hour, it’s just me and the cashier in the store. I walk in, say hello—he greets me back—and I head straight for the Slurpee machine.
While I’m pouring my drink, I can feel the cashier watching me. I get it—it’s late, and part of his job is to keep an eye on things. But then, as I walk around the store, I notice he’s just standing at the register, staring, which made me feel kind of rushed. Especially since, when I first came in, he seemed busy doing other tasks.
Right after I leave the Slurpee station, he walks over to check it, presumably for spills. No big deal, but a little intense.
When I get to the counter, I’ve got the 7-Eleven chips and cheese, but I need a container. I ask for one, and he holds it out to me and says, “Don’t make a mess,” in this very dad-like tone. Like… okay? I wasn’t planning on it.
Then, as I’m filling the cheese, he points out the chili machine and says, “Yeah, the chili’s right there.” I let him know it’s actually empty.
I know this all sounds petty, but if I’m spending my money somewhere—especially in the middle of the night—I’d appreciate just a little bit of hospitality.

Had a horrible experience at the 7-Eleven. The lady working there was so rude. She was so unprofessional, giving me rude answers and even ignoring me. If you hate your job, then maybe quit it. And I guess management is not around

You have a very rude cashier I couldn’t get her name, today July 11th at 8:30pm my 13 years old daughter got a cup of slurpee when she got to cash she told her rudely it’s only small size free so my daughter said no small cups so the rude cashier replied then dump it or go to another 7 eleven!!!! What?????? If you are not ready for such a day don’t do it or take off all the bigger cups and keep only the small and keep stocking small cups but you don’t let a 13 years old down like that and let her leave the store with out a drink .. I want it to go back pay for her but my daughter refused and said she’s rude mom I do t want anymore
