I was just in there on Wednesday morning around 10 am . The store associate were so rude . I asked her about some stuff in the store that I was looking for but she was so ignorant and so disrespectful. And ironically I guess was also the manager of the store since she had the badge and I have seen her there quite a few times . Such a bad experience. Do not recommend anyone going in there . I request higher management to look into that. She knows nothing about customer service . The staff needs to learn a little bit about being respectful to customers specially the managers

Just went in for a slurpee and the only staff member on said "You have to wait i have an online order" have been waiting about five minutes so far and a line has formed in store. The person behind us walked out.Since when is online more important than in store? Definitely understaffed.

I rate this 7-eleven 100 stars!!Thank you so much for treating my kids really good on Halloween!! They went in and the person told them to take what they wanted! I am extremely happy with generosity of this store! Compared to the extreme grinchness with the Circle K on ridgemont way and wye road where they told my kids they don’t give out candy!This 7- eleven will have my total loyalty!

Two stars because I love slurpees. also two stars because the employee working the front counter was mean - didn’t make eye contact, walked away while i was paying, no greeting, passive aggressive, wouldn’t answer my questions, etc. Made me feel like my presence in the store was an inconvenience to her.

Love that I can call and order a pizza a walk to pick it up after drinking. Can call anytime and ask for fresh hot food and it's ready in 15 minutes.

This place is normally good but I went today and asked for 4 beef taco and cheese taquitos and got some other ones and they weren't crispy like always

I’ve lived in Foxboro last 6 years and only in last 6 months the service has been horrible. I was refused cigarettes at age 50+ only to be accused of buying these for someone else! And then to be publicly embarrassed by having the cigarettes pulled away on the counter and I was refused service. In speaking to Day management they are apologetic and “excuse” misinterpretation of Spoken words but we’re done. This isn’t our first racist encounter at this store unfortunately my son was accused of the same rude ignorant customer service.
