I went to this store on july 9 afternoon around 12:30 pm Lady working at this 7- eleven was so rude and disrespectful and ignorant. The stare she gives at each customer is horrible. I would give 0 star to her customer service.

7-Eleven is a lifesaver! Popped in for a quick refuel and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh coffee and the friendliest staff. Gourav was super helpful and made my visit even better with his great service. This place is always clean and well-stocked. Definitely my go-to spot for snacks and essentials on the go!

This is absolutely my favorite store in Sherwood Park! I seriously cannot say enough good things about the staff - they are INCREDIBLE!
Everyday I am greeted with by the friendliness ladies! They absolutely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This store is always immaculate and if there are any issues, they are quick to ensure everything is perfect.
Huge shoutout to the entire team…you always brighten my day!! Thank you for being the heart of the neighborhood and for always keeping the Slurpee machines running!

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and assisted me in finding the products I needed. Made my shopping experience very pleasant. I appreciate how clean and organized the store was. The checkout process was quick, and the cashier was very courteous.
Great customer service! The employee went out of their way to answer my questions and even suggested some new products. I will definitely come back.

I would give the service at this gas station after my experience this evening a zero if I could. Firstly she stared me and my family down as if we weren’t welcome in the building. For two I nicely ask the lady working if she had any small slurpee cups, then proceeded to walk to the storage cabinet without saying a word and says no and walked away, very unimpressed. And then I was paying and asked if she had a spoon without an answer she made me pay, and gave me attitude when I asked for a second time. Where is the management and decency in this building especially when we were nothing but nice. I did not catch a name but she was working the closing shift on april 18th.
