Not the stores fault ..or maybe they need MORE STAFF ??
People try on jackets and clothing ... then litterly throw it on the racks causing A HUGE MESS, all over the racks and floor .
This was the most unpleasant, most crowded winners I have ever been too. I cannot shop here. Yucky time .

There was an Indian girl at the jewelry section today afternoon 27oct. Her attitude was not right and professional. She wasn’t accommodating as well as not looking at me while talking like she is very busy and have no time . Overall unprofessional.
Also would like to toast to another lady in that area , who was very professional and was very helpful by giving me options to chose from rings and finally I bought one , thanks to her .

The selection is meh for men and always long lines no matter what time of day you come. Slow el manana service. I would recommend Winners in South Centre best in calgary and has huge selection.

Men an women do not have their own dressing room , I felt uncomfortable there . Somebody told me that costumers have complained , but managers have not done anything about it.

The worst experience I got, bought one of the jeans where I need a different size called the store and they told me that the policy can not put in on hold so I can go after work to pick it up ,
Marshall teller is apologizing for the conversation happen in front of her ,I only wants to change it for size Waisting of time and money to drive all the way to cross iron winners and in the end of it zero help out of respect for client
