Had an excellent experience while shopping for jeans for my husband. Shane was incredibly helpful in finding the right size and style and was attentive to us while continuing to be helpful throughout the store. Naomi was kind and helpful when paying at the till and overall these 2 really made our experience a positive one.

What amazing customer service from Shane yesterday at the Cross Iron Mills Mall. Shane was on it since the moment we walked in the door with sizes, styles and recommendations. His customer service skills are very commendable. This man could teach his skills to the rest of the customer service world. What a kind and sweet soul. You made our day.

There is a gentleman that works at this specific location that made my experience so much better! I didn’t catch his name but he was attentive, set me up a room, was ready to help me find my sizes, informed me of all the sales and his energy just made my experience even better! I went in apprehensive because I’m a bigger girl and was in need of a pair of jeans. No only did I walk out with one pair but I was able to snag another 2 pairs plus 2 tank tops for the same price as 1 pair of jeans at Torrid!! I am so happy and grateful that Warehouse One provides bigger sizes and the CrossIron location is well stocked and well maintained.

How can i use my rewards card without the card. I would like to use my phone number and was told they cannot do this. I cannot carry around every card for every store. It's a pain.

I love this mall it has absolutely everything you need under one roof although it also is so large it means a lot of walking but that way you also get exercise while you're buying all the things you need for Christmas...... I spent over $780 on lingerie in their incredible Victoria's Secret store, I wish I got the name of the cashier who help me she was amazing. This is the view of the gorgeous sunset that we looked at on our way Out of the mall. And this is how beautifully it's decorated for Christmas. The small has everything saying thank you so much... Also I highly recommend the new Filipino place that serves fried chicken and spaghetti. I know that sounds like a crazy combination but actually it's unbelievably delicious and financially ridiculously cheap.

Nice quality jeans, lots of styles, carry long and 34 inch (as well as shorter pairs) in store. Not crazy busy. Decent prices.

Ahhhh crossiron mills.... Who doesn't love this mall? This is an outlet mall similar to many that are in the states. Lots of people, lots of stores, lots of deals! This time we came to get some shoes and kids clothes on our way back to Edmonton. They have stores for everyone ranging from high end brands to low cost fast fashion. The Michael Kors store, the Coach store, Cabelas, Nike and Adidas and so many many more that always have a good deal and sales. The food court is pretty good too they have tons of selection. Right outside the food court doors is this outdoor tent with picnic tables and these sweet photo ops spots! Great for eating outdoors and social distancing. The mall is really clean too.

Due to covid government restrictions, sit in at the mall food court is not allowed. Take out orders only. So as we look around, people have ordered their take out and sitting at benches located through out the mall . This makes no sense at all? Oh well it is what it is. People will find a way to eat somewhere. LOL
