Worst customer service ever, they charged me wrong and kicked me out and said I was being rude when I looked at the receipt the jeans full price was 186 and I gave 35 cash but they still charged me 186 full price on my card and kicked me out and when I went back in I explained it to swatii the employee she didn’t understand simple math and when u explain something to her she thinks she’s right light look at the receipt and make a statement after 10 mins of argument and them looking at my recipt and my bank account they gave me a refund. Worst customer service ever they don’t understand what a customer is saying and explain it to them and start argument this was only true religion in Alberta so I went to them but rather not shop at true religion anymore. Swati was the worst employee ever that a company can hire she doesn’t know Simple math here is the receipt. Here is the proof of receipt

I bought pants on sale they said can’t return it. but it clearly says on receipt that you can do the returns without receipt. bad customer service and i’m not coming back to TR anymore.

I came to return pants, but i brought the wrong receipt and lady told me that bring the orignal receipt then i’ll be able to help you with returns. But i couldn’t find the receipt then i went back, then store manager said i can’t return it. But they never told us that you can’t return the items on sale when we bought it. The manager told me that there is no way someone has not told you that you can’t return it. And i’m not stupid coming back 2 times wasting my time. And it clearly says on receipt that you can return without receipt. This never happened with us before and you guys better teach your employees and managers about customer service and return policies. You are not getting my business anymore. ??

No doubt stuff is perfectly fine and I love it that’s why I always buy my jean from them But on this last Sunday the lady name is Indian girl I asked her name as well later I don’t want to put it here..I asked her about the help and she throw the jeans on there wooden table from the top it might be there way to show the jeans like this but later I didn’t finish yet but she go away..Anyway I call her again and told her that I’m not finished yet please show me more and I don’t like the way of throwing jeans she gave attitude and reply I’m overreacting.I show her my concern what I feel and she got rude.I’m not saying customer is always right but you can’t deal with customers like this manner it’s not good for business..I shop two jeans first I thought I should walk away from a store.I’m not going to come here again.

Know that these 5 stars are for specifically the employee Justin. He was by far the most helpful and KINDEST employee, while his other 2 employees continued their side conversations instead of helping customers. What I dislike about the experience, was the lady with short hair. She was an older Filipina , and she was just rude to me and my wife. For a better experience for other people, I suggest being more kind to the customers and actually prioritizing them instead of having little side conversations. Thank you Justin!

Hit and miss on selections and a bit over priced even with the markdowns. Staff are usually friendly and welcoming. Always worth checking out, just in case something unique catches the eye.
