My friend just bought clothes from the store. The store manager's attitude was rude and not helpful. The manager even requested my friend to fold the clothes. The customer service and management level is the bottom of the retail industry. Compared to Kate spade and coach in the same outlet mall, their staff are more nice and knowledgeable. I would not recommend this store.

Manager is so rude. We were there and after 1st wash the tshirt got shrink. We went there for return and she replied so unprofessional and told us "cotton gets shrink, you have to know before your purchase and we dont do exchange" and she walked away. Worst management. They havent done exchange and prizing too much for such a bad service.

Came here for a return last week, lady we were dealing with had the worst anger issues I've ever seen. She was of South Asian decent and kept accusing me of being mean as if we had said something offensive to her when in real life, we were just trying to make a return? Some of the employees here are better than others but that lady is one I won't forget.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tommy Hilfiger store, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the experience I had and the exemplary customer service provided. As a discerning customer who appreciates attention to detail and quality, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the staff and the overall ambiance of the store. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was warmly greeted by courteous sales associate. Their welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel valued as a customer, and they were genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Really appreciate that :)

Large selection of goods, very large store area. There is also a choice of sizes. Helping service and you will always be told about the discounts that are in the store, and there are always a lot of them. You can buy cool clothes at very low prices.

Rude associate named Salma in fitting room backed by the store manager whom I don’t know her name.Shouting and screaming to get me and my mom from the fitting room because my husband and my 2 sons were trying outfits there and we were waiting to help their judgement, like any other family do.Totally unacceptable attitude, my concern is not the policy ( which is never been there in major outlets) but the staff attitude and her manger’s response when we complain.I will NEVER deal again Tommy in Cross Iron Mills mall, unless those people are trained properly about customer service ethics.

Store is big and collections is good too.Beautiful cloths.But staff are not helpful.They will ask you do you need any help or have any questions but moment you ask them for any sizing or any questions at all their reply is very generic if its not on floor its not available whereas we found different size at back. They dont even make any effort at all.It happen 3-4 times with us.One particular time i wanted a jacket and they had S and M on floor and L on maniquen i ask them i want to buy that and they refuse to take that out from maniquen or without even checking they said they dont have any other pieces in size L. we walked around store and found 5more pieces in size L.Its like they do not care for customers.you ask for double check price or offer rates they will say go to till/billing counter and they will help you.

I visited this store few time ago but this time, thought to share my experience. My cousin was visiting from Halifax and planned to buy something for us. So we went to shop here and bought same colour three t-shirts for all three of us and few other clothes for kids. When we were checking out we found out that we got really good deals on the clothes. We visited last month here and had fun there shopping.

Worst quality and service . I never buy them again way too over price . First time I spend $65 for on sale jacket for the 2 years old girl and wore about 3 times then zipper got broken and they won’t let me return or exchange . So disappointed since never spend that big amount for a jacket . Just stay with gap and old navy !!!

Manager is very good but they staff specifically brown guy very rude non professional doesn't know how to tell the customer it's not on this receipt my 25 minutes are gone Their staff does not know customer service at all In the last I asked him for the bag and he rudely gave the bag punjabi boy is very and he has absolutely no knowledge Nor does the customer know how to explain himself i had a bad experience but the manager is nice I give it 1 star because of the that brown boy

The white women manager (blond) keeps following us and my friends while doing our shopping. She keeps looking at us not in a good way and don't even bother to approach us if we need some help. Throughout our shopping, she is very unfriendly!

August 07, 2022.Jackson (hopefully I am spelling his name correctly) was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific white sock from Tommy but I could not find it in the sales floor. He was enthusiastic enough to check the backroom and brought be the sock design I was looking for.

Yesterday July 30th, 2022 my 20 year old son and I went to look around Cross Iron Mill's Mall. A good portion of the mall store's seemed to have really great sales on. We ventured into the Tommy Hilfiger store where I managed to get two great light weight sweater's for my slim 18 year old son. One is Kelly Green and the other is horizontal stripes with Kelly Green and blue. The regular price was $94.50/sweater. I got 60% off that price, then additional 25% was advertised for that day. When I got the to the check out I was offered another 15% for signing up for Tommy's frequency program. So after all was said and I done I paid $47.95 including tax for two quality sweater's. One heck of a deal. I will be back in the future to shop here especially if I am able to find deal's like this.As a bonus our cat Cynder really loves the great navy paper bag the sweater's came in. She really likes her new cat bed lol. Thank you Tommy Hilfiger's for the great experience.

Elegant store with a large selection and fair prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought a new high quality leather wallet that was priced at $60 and they gave me a 35% discount. My previous Hilfiger wallet survived 7 years of steady punishment. I will return to take advantage of the fabulous clothing they offer.
