I can't stop raving about my new Go Walk 7 shoes. At age 76, I am now enjoying walking which I never envisioned I would ever engage in as a lifestyle changing activity for a healthier life. Jennifer is a wonderful person to have inroduced me to this pair of shoes. ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first visit to the Skechers Factory Outlet, I normally frequent the Warehouse store in Sunridge both locations have good customer service. Upon entering the store one of the staff complimented my choice of running shoes and what I was wearing. Exceptionally smooth.He asked if he could help me sort out any of my footwear needs. He helped me purchase a pair of shoes (which took some time) and advised me that the other pair that I was looking for was an online item only. He mentioned that since I was a patron of Skechers I should sign up for the Skechers newsletter for further promotions, which I did. He thanked me for the business and for coming in. I spent 3 decades in the customer service industry; good customer skills cannot be taught; they are acquired over time. I asked for the young man's name, Bobby Lawton. Bobby, thank you for your support today, you made my drive to Cross Iron Mills well worth the trip and a highlight of the day!

I’ve been ardent fan of Skechers for over a decade and love this store for all the variety & selection it offers. However I’ve had one horrific experience with one of the store manager named Alfred. I visited the store to exchange a pair of shoes which I bought about a month ago in cash. Alfred told me that I could only return the shoe if it were within 45 days. Clearly he was not thinking straight or listening to what the complaint was. I had to tell him that 30 days is less than 45 days. Next I told that I had trashed the receipt of purchase since I never felt that I need to keep, he suggested that I should look into my credit card records. I was shocked at the apathy that he dealt with us. This is clearly not the client experience that I would ever hope for from a company of such stature.

They had the buy one get one half off on sign on top of my pair of shoes. But my shoes weren’t involved in the sale. There needs to be better sign placement for where the sale is in effect; considering everyone before and after me had the same issue understanding this sale.

Great service and selection of merchandise. Promotions were thoroughly explained. Mahmoud was very helpful and kind and demonstrated respectful customer service. Would recommend this store for future purchases.

Came here a few weeks ago and entered the store before the malls closing time of 8. I was looking for shoes in the back with a few other people as well and it wasn't even 8:02 when a lady came to the back and told us that we would have to get out in 5 minutes? I was shook! Other stores in the mall don't have a problem with customers staying in but this location of Sketchers does? I've been to the Warehouse in the NE and they don't have a problem. Customer service here is also not the best, workers at the front desk seemed mean and pressed. Otherwise location is good with lots of supply.

I never usually go shopping to Skechers, but today my wife wanted me to buy her sandals. I asked one of the employees where their sandal section was, and the lady was very helpful. I then asked another employee if all sandals were on sale (buy one and get one half price) to which he responded yes. When I went to the cashier to pay, the employee was so unhelpful and did not show much care for the customer. He charged me full price for both pairs of scandals and when I asked him that they had a BoGo deal according to another employee, he basically said that not all sandals were on sale and made no effort to ran it by the manager or the other employees to make sure. I was not impressed with the service, especially the one at the cashier. Customers should not have to deal with employees that don't want to be doing a good job at work. Very unfortunate and very unlikely that I would want to go back.

I bought two pairs sneakers for my wife today, felt their price a bit higher than before. But a lot of choices tgis store. Strongly recommended.

Worst customer service ever. I just wanted to order a shoe size and the manager at front desk said that he does not order any sizes. The way he approched me was extremely rude. No greetings involved and after telling me he does not order sizes he said " next " to help the second person in line. I felt very disrespectful and felt like he has no value for my bussiness. I am regualr sketchers customer but i will take my bussiness somewhere else. I would never buy anything from sketchers again, atleast not from Cross Iron Mills. Please train your staff how to speak with people and some customer service skills. Extremely disappointed.

I came in with some rather specific needs/wants. Bobby was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and incredibly kind and patient. It was a very enjoyable experience. Ask for Bobby!

This store has a crazy amount of selection with almost any Skechers you can imagine. They have a selection for everyone, men woman and children. They also have a discount rack where you can find some good deals. Lots of space to walk around when trying on a pair of shoes. The store is clean, well lit and the staff is helpful. They also have a good selection of soccer balls around the store.

I had the best service on Sunday shopping at Sketchers. Wendy a representative was very helpful in my shopping. She’s friendly very approachable. A lovely person. Thank you Wendy, I’ll be back to shop when at Cross Iron.

Went in to get some new shoes for work. When I went in there were only 2 other people in the store & they left shortly after. I wasn't approached or even said hi to once, the employees were going out of their way to avoid me and I was the only one in the whole store at that point. After looking around for a while I finally found a pair which is hard enough for me as I have a very wide foot, I was putting the shoes back in the box and then was asked if I needed help... would have been great 45 mins ago and pretty sure I was only asked because I was leaving. Will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.
