I wanted to write a review for Jennifer at the Cross Iron Mills location because she was more then a helpful employee. I came in with a pair of shoes I bought that didn't end up working out for me after wearing them indoors for a few days. She greeted me right away, and she asked if I was interested in looking around before returning, and I said yes. She also thanked me for trying to make them work. So I went and walked the entire store, and while doing so, she was helping other customers being very friendly and making conversation. Once I found a pair I like, I went to the front counter, and she was at the other end of the store but made sure I was aware that she was on her way by waving and saying she was on her way lol. When she arrived i asked what the price difference was between the shoes I was exchanging and the shoes I was interested in. She said there was only a $5 difference, that she owed me. She then asked if I needed socks or a backpack or anything else as it was a bogo event, I said I didn't think I needed socks....we were then chatting and she asked again if I needed socks and she proceeded to point over to the sock wall, where I said sure why not and when they were rung up she mentioned that another pair was 50% off, only about 8 dollars ...so, needless to say I left the store with a new pair of shoes and 2 packages of socks lol....i didn't feel pressured at all, she was very nice and I appreciated the experience. As I was leaving, the next person came up and she greeted them as well with a very friendly tone and exuded personality. We need more people like Jennifer in retail. Thank you Jennifer for being the best part of my day yet!!!

Had a great experience buying shoes here because of Priyansh. He was very patient, and helpful when we were choosing shoes, sizes and colours - he would look for the box for us and take the shoes out. Answered any questions we had. He also let us know it was BOGO even on the sale so we got 2 pairs for a great price! He was with us all the way to the end and rang us through too! It was service with a smile 😁
