My comments are not about the product at this point but about the store manager on Saturday the 28th.
She was so friendly and extremely helpful solving my issue and at the same time making me feel like a valuable customer!!!

Was looking for specific clothing I found online. Ladies were talking behind the register but no assistance on the floor.
I bought quite a few items and was told I needed to purchase a bag. So I either had to pay for a bag or walk around with my new clothes draped over my arms while walking through a large mall.

Posting one star not because of the location or staff. They're great and have always been great. Very clean displays and helpful. My rating is related to the products and I wanted it to get attention. The button up blouses no longer have the clear snap that gets rid of the gap between the breasts. It's the reason I started shopping at Ricki's in the first place. The blouses they have now gap so wide showing skin and my bra, everything. I can't wear them!
I'm shopping elsewhere for my work attire moving forward. Really too bad because the clothing fits so well.
