The girl named as Deepika working in Puma is so kind and helpful. She helped us in finding good tracksuits and hoodies for my daughter. Also tells us about the deals currently going on socks and hats. She is very sweet. I visited in Puma on 26-September-2024. I wish when I come again to crossiron mills, PUMA she will assist me to help me and understand what I need.

Scored some good deals on socks. Good variety of shoes, apparel, and other merchandise and gear. The cashier was nice and friendly. Store is a bit tight/ not that spacious however.

I was at the store yesterday (05-12-2024) at about 3:00pm and I had a terrible experience with a manager. I wanted to do a return but didn’t have a receipt and the lady was extremely rude, impatient and unhelpful in telling me I can’t get a refund and can only get a store credit. She literally told me off by telling me she has given me the only option available and rudely insisted I either take it or I don’t. She even made an attempt at gaslighting me by accusing me of being aggressive. She kept interrupting me and wouldn’t allow me speak. Another manager, Alex, who I am sure remembers the encounter, had to step in and was really helpful by listening to me and granted me a one-off refund. The other lady clearly lacks the temperament required for the job and is bad for business. I shop at the store quite often and she has left me with an unpleasant experience.
You also need to update your systems, I shouldn’t have to present a piece of paper to get a full refund if it’s within the stipulated timeframe. Like some other stores, the tags on the item should be enough for you to scan and process the refund.

Amanda was very rude… other staff is very much friendly but Amanda was completely rude with me… they were almost closing the store and i told the cashier ( Amanda) that you guys are almost near the closing and i am not going to waste your time and i will buy the shoes and will try at my home and if i need to change the size i will come back but she answered me very rudely and her tone was completely angry, no manners at all, from last 5 to 6 years i am their regular basis customer and shop alot at this store but this was my worst experience with this woman… other staff is very much helpful and polite but this women’s rudeness hurts me.My whole family was with me that time… i am very much disappointed with this unprofessional and rude behavior, i like Puma but i am not sure i will go to this store again..

02/09/2023 12:27 pm. The cashier lady aged almost around 50 was so rude, we asked her some questions regarding upcoming sales and current offers( we bought 4 T-shirts and were at billing- there was no line up behind us). Worst customer experience from her.
