Good location but 1 staff could be nicer to people. I’ve been to this branch frequently. Several times, I’ve witnessed an older lady (staff) being rude and literally shouting at her co-worker.
I feel sorry for that 1 small girl. Saw her crying after the older staff started shouting at her in front of us customers.
Older lady honestly ruins the mood of the place.

An exceptional employee named ravinder helped me.
He was respectful, caring & kind.
Went above & beyond.
Amazing service.
Give that man a raise!

I came today I bought a lot two girls was trying too help me but one of the girl Her name was Hira she just giving me a pressure and she were asking me so many questions although even I don't need her help and the other girl was Also watching her she was the first girl who asked me for help the first time she was nice Hira really irritated me with her questions and I think she was concern about her commission too I love too be shop with ralplauren but employe is Wierd please tell ur staff too give the coustmer some space and time

My parents and I had a great experience here as Vanessa is very friendly and professional. We all appreciate her help for our shopping. The experience will make us return customers 100%! Vanessa also speak mandarin which is a great asset to have for her job!

Walked in looking to purchase a sweater and a few shirts. Instead, I was immediately followed by an older white man and an East Indian around the store. They were watching my every move. I won't be supporting a business that harasses their potential customers.

I came by today, and there was an younger guy, girl and asian male manager (didnt get any of there names) and they were awesome! I had received a zip up as a present and hadnt worn it. But realized there was a small tear in the hood. The employees were able to help me get it exchanged, and were super friendly!
