definitely my last visit to this brand that allows their staff to treat their client in such a bad way
If they don’t want to sell , that’s ok but it’s not acceptable to disrespectful with clients!!!

Zero stars, my pregnant friend selected and purchased a bag, requested for a fresh new piece to be packed and given only to come home and find that they had given us something we did not order. Store staff and customer service absolutely useless. Don’t waste your time and money at this store.

Very disappointed. Don’t go to this location. If you buy something . They don’t expect any return if you don’t wrap bag in same packing. Staff and manager very rude. I was really disappointed. I will never go to this store gain.

Today, I came to shop at Micheal Kors but Im very disappointed about the staff, especially Indian staffs. They don't serve me and just stay together and chatting. They also glanced me.

If there was a negative stars option for customer service at the CrossIron Mills store in Calgary, AB, I would choose it. I went there to return a bag, and frankly, it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I showed them pictures proving the bag was unused with all the wrapping intact and the original tag inside, but they still questioned it. The store manager was rude and offered no solution for the return. In fact, the cashier also rudely moved to another counter while I was still waiting to return my bag. When I mentioned my positive return experience at Coach, the manager rudely remarked that they are not Coach. Of course, Michael Kors can never be Coach. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are good too. Trust is everything, and Coach shows trust in their customers by accepting returns without hesitation. Unlike Michael Kors, where I was asked about the distance to my home just to return a bag with its original packaging and price tag intact. High-end brand but low standards for customer service at CrossIron Mills, Calgary, AB.

As a frequent shopper at MK, IWas utterly disappointed with my recent visit. The staff's attitude waa beyond rude. Every time I aproched them with a question, they bluntly replied they couldnt help me, without even attempting to offer alternatives or solutions. It was dishearting to see such poo customer service in a brand known for luxury and elegance.
