If I could give this experience 0 I would.
The manager and staff were not professional. Tried to sell us a damaged dress but offered 15% discount a ($15 difference).And top of that gave us attitude. We’re continues customers, but won’t be entering that store again.

This review is about the manager at this store and how badly she treats her employees in front of customers. The first time I was in This store, the manager was telling one employee everything she was doing was wrong. The manager was so loud and rude I was embarrassed for the employee. I should have approached her and apologized to the employee that she did not need to be treated so badly in front of customers. Instead of speaking up, I left the store.
Today i was in the store again. I recognized the manager and the employee. The employee was very kind and offered to take my things to the dressing room for me. I tried on the items and went to pay. At the cash register the manager was talking to this emoloyee and was telling her what not to do again. Not sure of the exact conversion but I was standing there waiting for the employee to help me with my order. Another employee then stepped in to take my payment. I was so appalled by how rude this manager is to the employee. I’m writing this review because I care about the workers having to put up with a manager that acts very unreasonable in front of customers. Some people are not meant to be a managers! I hope the company reviews this manager work ethics!

I visited this store today for the first time. *Daniel and Gill* are so caring, attentive and helpful. They both showed me amazing collection. I was so happy and satisfied because of their great customer service. Give this store a try, you will never regret it. It will be my go-to for my formal shopping. Thank you so much! ?☺️

New favourite store! I ran in here on Saturday two hours before an event I had because I hated the dress I ordered from somewhere else. Shawna was amazing and quickly grabbed a bunch of options that I might like based on the description I gave her. Every. Single. Dress. Fit. Mind blown. I could have bought any of the 5 dresses I tried on and been happy. Ultimately picked one that was perfect! I got so many compliments and it's my new favourite dress. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
