The staff is sooo rude. I purchased a dress for some event. We had a function outside Calgary, the dress did not suit the party event , and i had a backup for that. I put on the dress that day, and did not wear long. I changed my clothes, wore the second dress i had , and now that i was back here In Calgary. i went to the store, for exchanging it or store credit whatever possible. 3 of the cashiers came, soooo rude enough to make a person feel let down. Me and my husband were trying to explain them what the situation was, but they were not ready to understand. Instead , they tried to make us fool that they gave all the instructions when returning the dress, which was not the case either.
I would highly highlyy NOT Recommend visiting them. ?

I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding about a month ago, it was a complete disaster. The sparkles were all over my house, car, venue, etc. it absolutely took away from what should have been a beautiful day. I called the manager to explain how disappointed I was and she told me I should have been instructed by the sales associate to spray the dress with some hairspray to avoid this issue. Although I mentioned that this was not the case, the only thing I received was I AM SORRY. She took my name and number and never received any other feedback.
Not even a store credit offer or a partial refund, I would have been happy to take it back. NOT IMPRESSED

I like this store, ❤️you can always find something for events. But sometimes they hang things with puffs, the staff needs to pay attention to this and put such things aside. Yesterday I really liked the dress, and I was ready to buy it, but it has a huge puff, the thread hangs in the most visible place(

DONT COME HERE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff is so rude, especially the manager. They all scheme and lie to profit themselves. Bought a $300 dress and was reassured multiple times that I would be able to refund it in less than 2 weeks. My event got cancelled, realized I didn’t need the dress anymore so went to return it. Keep in mind that I went to return the dress THREE days after I had bought it, in that exact bag unopened. The extremely rude manager and her employee claimed there was a “weird smell” and hair on the dress, when it wasn’t even worn once.
The manager was straight out lying through her teeth and so was her little employee. Read the reviews and it seems like they do this to a lot of customers. How can all of our dresses have a “weird smell”? Definitely a scheme and impossible because the dress had never been worn or taken out of its bag but she kept claiming it had. After a long hour, she refunded me but kept a “dry cleaning fee” which was nearly $70. Lost $100 for no reason because she refused to take back an unworn scarf as well, even though I was assured before the purchase it was refundable.
They reassure you so much before the purchase that the items can be refunded but tell you it can’t afterwards.
Very rude and will not be buying here nor will be recommending to anyone. They’re acting like their overpriced dresses are good anyways if they can pick up on smell so fast.
I hope that manager and her employees have the day they deserve — a horrible one at it.

We were looking for a dress for my mom to wear for my wedding. There as a really mean associate that kept commenting on my mom's size and making snide comments. We tried to browse but she kept popping up and saying "that's not your size, why are you looking at it that???" and then proceeded to bring all the wrong sizes to the dressing room even though we told her multiple times what size we needed. Not sure how making your customers feel horrible about themselves is a good sales tactic. Needless to say, we left empty handed.

I would have wanted to give Laura 5 starts but my recent experience left me speechless!
I purchased my mother a dress for my son’s wedding, but my mother passed away last week, 15 days after the purchase. I went to the store and explained the situation all emotional about my mom’s passing. I was denied a refund.
I doubt LAURA staff know anything about humanity! What a shame! LAURA!
I would boycott LAURA until they value their customers and get some lessons in humanity.

This is amazing place for all my dresses and other outfit too.There is lot of people I have experience in here and they were okay. One lady was so rude to my mom about figure and I think she is Margaret. Please watch your words when you talk to old age customers.But I would like to share my greatest experience from last 2 visit, Reema was helping me out for my mom and my mother in law’s outfit collection for our Son’s first birthday party. She is such a prodigious lady, great hard working emplyoee and very great person too. I would like to go this place again and again.Reema keep up doing great work the way you are doing. You are phenomenal.
