I had great experience with priya and Melissa both went extra mile to help me out to adjust my purchase which I bought from another store in vagas and I was told by I can return in Canada if I want to but tht las vagas outlet store of Kate spade passing wrong information. Here in Calgary cross iron mills Kate spade store is best with excellent customer service. Thankyou to store manger priya for your help

Two times I went here with my mother, and the people at the cash register are rude. Both times, we have been disrespected, doesn’t matter which person rings you up they all have bad attitude.

We had the worst experience here! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and Unprofessional and has absolutely NO sense of customer service.We chose one bag for my wife and we asked for fresh piece of bag and Floor manager asked us to stay in queue. After waiting for 5 minutes in queue cashier said we don’t have another fresh piece and she gave it to another person in front of us.Later on we spoke to that same lady(African) who asked us to stay in queue she was so rude and we asked her for name she refused to answer. She even claimed that in future there will be no any bags available in the fresh piece packaging which I felt very unprofessionalism.However if she is the manager for store then it’s a shame on Kate spades to keep her as a manager. We had a Very bad experience and will never come back to Kate spade and will inform the same to our friends and family not to buy anything from this store.??????????????

The store is fine but whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. The employee asked for my email because it was needed for my warranty for some reason so I gave it to her. That was 8 days ago and I'm not kidding, since then I have received 18 emails from "kate spade Outlet" (notice the unprofessional lower case K and S). I don't know how a business can convince themselves it's acceptable to send a customer 18 emails in 8 days, they can actually get sued for that. I will not shop there again unless they reach out and work with me to correct their mistake.

We had the worst experience here! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and JUDGMENTAL and has absolutely NO sense of customer service. We had a little confusion about the price of one the bags because of 70% and 20% discount banner hence we were talking to the cashier and the cashier was responding nicely but out of nowhere the manager just swooped in and started talking rudely with us. Her facial expressions and eyerolls were so humiliating as if she's trying to judge or belittle us .. We just left the store immediately and ended up buying a beautiful bag from MK as a gift for my sister.A person like her shouldn't be working in the customer service industry as she has absolutely no knowledge of manners or how to talk to another human being!

Went to the store to buy a bag. Looked for help.. but all 4 ladies working there, were busy talking to each other. Stood there for 10 seconds so that they could shut up and pay attention to the customer standing right next to them looking for assistance. But that never happened. They completely ignored me.So , I ended up going to michael kors’ and bought a gorgeous bag.

1. DOES NOT ALLOW RETURN OF THEIR PRODUCT EVEN WITH IN A WEAK.2. MANGER IS RUDE AND WILL REALISE YOU THAT YOU MADE A MISTAKE BY VISITING THEM.worst experience today, staff( my she was manager) doesn't know how to handle clients and how to answer their questions.I shopped on nov. 18, 2023 around 5:30 pm. at the time of shopping I requested for email receipt but they did not send me that. even i was their previous client and was already having my details, so i didnt check if i got that or not. I am not sure why i did not get the receipt.on nov. 25 around 3:00 pm, i went their to return two wallets from my last shopping. o told them that i did not get any email receipt nor the hard copy. It was weired for me too. i offered het to give all the details my card info. which i used for purchase. exact timings at what i shopped as it was recent but the lady doesnt bother to listen anything and talked in aggressive tone. she said "we doesnot trust you" which was awkward for me.At the end, they agreed for exchange. so i chose other wallets and the same black lady( I dont like to mention anyone like this but I dont know her, and she billed me by using another girls name) helped me. she was behaving with like I am dumb or something and started mentioning everything in very agreesive tone. I was feeling like i did a big mistake by shopping there. That lady dont know any professionalism or politeness and she is on some higher position in store.I purchased 4 bags this year from that because i really like kate spade designs but from today i would not like to pay any visit there and will not suggest anyone.

Extremely rude and judgemental staff!! We were browsing through the store and I picked a bag from the shelf to open and check, the manager literally yelled the price at us “THAT WOULD BE $125”. I then approached her and showed her an image of a kate spade bag ive been eyeing for a while and asked if they had a similar one in store, and she said it in a very judgemental/mocking way “You will have to find that in a speciality store and that would be above $500”. She literally mocked and laughed in a way that she thought i wont be able to afford to buy. I literally entered the store to purchase something for myself but the behavior was sooo unacceptable that I left the store without buying anything because of their ridiculous customer service!

Please change your closing time to 8:50, since you guys don’t allow anyone to come in the store after 8:50. I told the girl on the front that I will be really quick but she had the audacity to tell me that “we open at 11am tomorrow”. I know your opening time, be professional, if you are working in retail, just be more polite. I was not in the mood to argue with useless people. So girl !! Do your job properly and patiently.

Very disappointed with the staff at this store. The store manager & associate Fatima charged our card extra under false pretense, when we highlighted the actual discount offered they both were defensive as if it’s our mistake that we paid extra. Overall not a professional & friendly behavior.
