Been shopping at this store for about 6 years now. Gave them thousands of dollars of business.
Recently had a terrible experience at the front desk with a little asian girl.
Ordered something online, went in the store to return it and she said "there is a stain so can't return".
Never wore it and for more than 10 seconds to see how it fits and she declared that i can't return it cuz there is a stain on it.
Imagine being a customer who ordered online and a faulty item gets shipped and you cant return it because an employee assumes that you put the stain.
Additionally it doesn't say anything on the receipt that it was a final sale.
She said i can't return it cuz system says it was a final sale.
All the other stores i buy from put it out clearly on the receipt that it was a final sale.
Worst experience, one employee can damage the reputation of the store

Viron was very helpful and accommodating. He explained the products well and was knowledgable. Would come back to Jack and Jones for him.

Bought a cool summer shirt from this branch and the guy running the till was very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work buddy! The store itself is always well kept and tidy.

Awesome service. It's very refreshing to come into a store and be treated so well. I was helped by the lady with half and half white/black hair ( I forgot the name, hopefully that's enough) definitely will be back 100% recommend.
