Customer service were not prepared for the footfall on a Saturday evening… Selected a carpet and waited more than 30 mins for someone to come over and wrap it … Came back early next morning and that carpet was gone …. Whoever is in charge of Customer Service @ Winners doesn’t know what they are doing…..

As usual they have good items especially clothes with brand names at reasonable prices. Keep in mind most of them have quality issue that didn't pss the required QC checks. Some of the issues may not be visible without detailed check and may not be noticeable. Use thre members card to extend th return to 30 days. I use Thema lot.

This is positively one of my absolute favorite stores to shop in. It is incredible the sense of enjoyment and wonder you can have from exploring one place. The products are unique and very cool. I also find them to be fairly priced for the quality you get. I shop in HomeSense a lot and have purchased many items over the years.I would give it a 5 stars for this location, but I was not very impressed by the service. There was only one cashier on despite many customers in line. You could see employees in a small group near the check outs talking. We were purchasing a glass table butter holder, but it didn't have a price on it. The clerk that was dealing with us asked one of the ladies standing talking to do a price check. She heard the request but wasn't getting to it. I waited about 3-4 min, still no action so I asked my son to get another one. He did. Then the employee that was asked to get in came a couple min later with one. Pretty irritating when were purchasing 80$ in product. I think its a minor fix that management needs to keep employees focused on the job at hand and put customers first.You would have a perfect review if it did.

Yikes, we normally love it here but our most recent visit was an absolute mess.The line wrapped all the way to the back of the store and it was a mess everywhere.Short staffed? Either way there definitely weren’t enough people checking out for the volume of shoppers.

This location of homesense is great even though it's inside the mall. The staff is nice and the check out was quick.

This store is connected with winners, and you can pay your gatherings wherever you want. I found many good items on clearance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Gurleen Barely Has Any Hair And No Brain, She Has 4 Strands Of Hair. She Doesn't Have Any Customer Service. She Has No Clue About Her Job. I Got Scared When Something Came From The Flowers Section. She's A Newcomer who came to train me how to shop here. I was 100% Aware that the mall is closing at 8pm there was 9 mins left, there were 100 other people in store but she came only up to me to tell me this. She walked all the way up to winners to get a manager. The manager was very friendly, she told me thank you for bringing this to me. In that time I could've spent $400She Should Be Fired And Terminated Immediately.We need better customer service as a canadian.
