Simply one of the worst stores I’ve ever visited. People in the till (2 guys only which causes big lines) hardly know the product and staff on the floor just hide in the change rooms to avoid talking to customers. I just dropped what I was going to get and left that store.

These idiots always forget one anti theft tag and then I have to visit again! Store manager, retrain your staff this has happened multiple times.

I really wish I would have had a good experience, and I certainly would have if it wasn't for one oversight that ruined my opinion. I purchased two polo shirts for a trip out of town, and the associate who helped us out at the counter did not take the security tags off the shirts (they were obviously de-activated as they didn't set the security gates off) So I was unable to even wear the shirts for my trip, and now I'm either stuck with two shirts that were $26.99 each that I cannot wear, or it's a 45 minute drive back and fourth to the store to have the issue resolved. Either way it's a terrible inconvenience / waste of money.

I love this store in Crossiron, they have a very good assortment, the service is very good, the advisors are always willing to help, I loved the attention of the TASNEEM advisor, she is a very nice person, she made our purchases easier for us and we continue to buy again, thank you to your help.

Gap Cross Iron Mills has had everything I needed, and the staff are always kind and helpful, but some could benefit from smiling more often.Their cashier, Aastha, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Even in just a few minutes of interaction, I felt truly valued as a customer. She greeted me with a smile and was exceptionally helpful.
