I went to crossiron crocs for some Christmas shopping on Sunday and received the best customer service! Sabika was very helpful in helping me find the right gift for my daughter. She showed me multiple styles that they sold and different colours they had in stock. It made the whole shopping experience much easier and even got a few pairs for myself and the rest of the family. She absolutely deserves a raise!

This was my first time ever getting a pair of crocs...
Vamisi has amazing customer service skills and a genuine excitement for the Croc brand.
Adonis was very friendly and efficient.
Vani was very warm, inviting, and friendly. She easily matches the customers level of openness.
With this deathly combination, this trio could have been selling me ice, and I probably would have been almost as happy. 🤣 ( just a little Canadian humor for ya'll).
Genuine, likable, happy employees who are ready to serve their clientele.
Great prices and sales.
Literally, what else can you ask for?

Went there today, Oct. 6, 2024. Lady in-charge of allowing people instore is clearly not trained for Customer Service. She should not be provoking any customer. My husband is just trying to tell her that he did not saw the line behind him. I was trying to explain to her the situation. She got agitated and said "If you are really brave say what you said again" when in fact my husband is just explaining that he didn't saw the line behind. She went on to call her Manager/ Supervisor as if we are doing something wrong when we are just explaining to her what happend. We are so disappointed with her service. Manager/Supervisor was kind to talk to us.

We are NEVER buying a Crocs product EVER AGAIN!
We went to their CrossIron Mills location where the employees were actually very nice & helpful but unfortunately they didn't have my size. The kid showed me they had my size online and I could just order them from their site so we left to do just that at home. After dinner my wife logged onto Crocs Canada and orders them but then notices the account had our old address from eight years ago listed and not the new one so she called Crocs immediately THAT SAME NIGHT. She finally reached a person to explain the issue expecting they would change the shipping location or just cancel the order outright since we had literally just ordered them but she was told that the order was still in receiving and needed to be in processing before Crocs could make any changes. They told us to call back tomorrow afternoon when the order would have been processed and we could make our request then so that's what we did except the next day the person told the exact opposite information. Since our order was in processing they couldn't make any changes and we needed to either wait until the sandals were delivered to the wrong address OR we could contact UPS and try and have the package rerouted back to Crocs. This was absolutely insanity, it had been less than 24 hours and Crocs refused to help us so I finally asked to speak to a manager who admitted that she could see that the shipping address was DIFFERENT then the billing address but they still needed to create a case file and she promised she would escalate it to top priority and to call them back the next day. Again I called back the next day only this time to be told our case had been denied and we were back at square one. I've never been so upset and again asked to speak to a manager who said she understood my frustration and that she agreed we should get a refund so after speaking to her Superior they agreed to send us that refund within ten business days and even emailed us this in writing. Two weeks came and went but still no refund so I called again only to be told that they have a new policy where Crocs is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and that was that. We followed the rules but were only strung along and now we're out seventy dollars and no sandals to show for it. DO NOT BUY CROCS, they don't value their customers at all.

POOOOOR , WORST customer service. The young girl name alexa doing shift on august 19, 2024 time: 4-5 pm was EXtremely RUDE with me. Worst customer service ever .

White girl was friendly but the Indian girl at the cashier was rude, passive aggressive and seems to only want to talk to white customers. What’s going on Canada? Culture is slowing eroding with mass immigrations.
Very disappointing!!! Some people just are not cut out for customer service.

I had a great experience yesterday and received lots of help from Vani. She was really sweet and was very patient. She also made great recommendations and was very polite. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a bad experience while exchanging the crocs I had bought yesterday..the person at the billing was giving wrong about the refund amount while exchanging the 2nd pair with lower price tag..she was asking me to pay $13 more which doesn't make any sense..its was pretty straight i recieved 25% on 2nd pair and 15% discount ( for rolling sms for the 1st time) on the total price for buying 4 pairs of crocs. All I wanted to say is to proper calculation and don't mislead customers.

Really terrible customer service as people here reviewed. Most of the staffs were rude. Esp the young girl cashier was having a really bad attitude towards me. They were not patient in explaining more detail about the promotion. Just wanna skip and take money from customers asap. The girl who welcomed us was nice.
