I would give zero star if I could. I had a horrible experience here, the young white lady in the front counter was not helpful, and seemed disinterested in helping the customers. If you do not want to work there, then go work somewhere else.

If you come here, try to get service from Noel/Alexis. Everyone else did not care about customer satisfaction.
Also, if you buy new tires and new rims, what would be the thought process? Put the new tires on the new rims right? No, apparently it’s to take the old tires off the old rims and put the new tires on the old rims. My child loves criss cross applesauce too. Oh and then they asked us if we wanted to dispose of our old tires. But it’s a brand new truck with brand new tires. How wasteful.

Hi, I am usually a person who only gives 5 start reviews if I really like the service or the product. But at this place I had the most horrible experience. The staff and manager were very rude and had no sense/ability to use appropriate language at a workplace and with customer.
I definitely took my keys, got the car out and got it done at some other place with super friendly staff, who also educated us about the tires and other maintenance.
Would not recommend, unless you do not have any other option.

Had a terrible experience at this place today. Went there today to get my winter tires installed. Went to get groceries in the meantime, my car was parked by the staff members somewhere in that huge and very busy parking lot. When I went back and asked where my car was parked a very rude staff member named Mackenzie told me it’s not her job to help me. I wandered the parking lot hands full of grocery bags for half an hour, with the wind blowing dirt into my eyes and was still unable to find my car. I eventually went back and had to ask another staff member help me. Mackenzie should not be working in customer service, she has no patience and absolute no desire to help. Rudest experience I’ve ever had.

Most inefficient employees at this tire centre, they certainly don’t like to work. Save your time and headache and go to some other Costco location. Slightest excuse they have, they will refuse the service and another tire repair shop will perform same service with same tires.

I bought/installed my new winters here in October, and my new summers just recently. Both experiences were fantastic with either Mel or Melissa helping me out and answering any and every question I had, and so patiently. As I've always been - I get very nervous when my car needs to be serviced because I don't understand the language centered around vehicles. They're so great in explaining everything in a way that I can understand. The crew working on my tires have been excellent, too! I had some immediate bad luck with my brand new tire and I was extra nervous to deal with this today. Between Melissa helping me out on the phone, and the in-store service from Eric and Lee, I feel so much better. I am veryyyyyy grateful for their help and genuine kindness and I can't thank them enough. They are all so awesome.

My partner and I just moved here from the states. We have been to a few different Costco's in the area and this location is by far our favorite. There is a lot of differences between what Costco sells in Canada verses the states. So it's just different. So my rating is for this Costco in general and not Costco as a whole. Costco as a whole in Canada would get 2 stars because they don't accept VISA which is ludicrous. As a business owner, it's silly that Costco out in Canada doesn't accept visa. But to each its own. That's my only complaint as the establishment as a whole. But this location is our favorite! It's always clean and the staff is super friendly. I love getting to see new products that I can't get in the states. But on the flip side I miss some of the products that I used to be able to get. I've tried the poutine and it's a HIT. I love how we can order it separate and not all mixed together. No one wants soggy fries! Their pizza is good just like in the states. Out of the 5 Costco's we have tried, this is our favorite and we will continue to shop here. Thank you to the staff who have always been super friendly and super helpful. You guys rock!

I came in to buy tires and have them put on at a different location, but Crossiron team was able to take me as a walk in and get them done in under an hour. Customer service at this location was a much better experience than others! Thank you!

Don’t like the lies/scam they tried on my mother!I got her winter tires to put on brand new & they said her all season tires has very bad cracking on all tires need replacement.Mhmm REALLY? that’s so funny because they are newer tires so I check all 4 tires just now & there’s not even ONE crack on them .What a scam !! Just so people freak out & buy more tires. Never thought Costco would be like that.The new tire’s installed are good tho.People need to watch out for this.

I was looking for a specific tire and I called them before going to make sure they can order it for me and I was told that they order it for me on phone but I have to come to store so they can do the order and I when went there it turns out they can’t order the tire I am looking for they wasted my time and gas

Very bad service. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR. This is the second time in a row I noticed damage to my car. This time they made SCRATCHES and the way they put the tires back in the trunk and back seat need additional detailing to use the car.If you get a good deal for the brand new tires, just buy and change it somewhere if you care your car.
