Today me and my two friends came in the store and I saw a pear of pj shorts that I liked. There was this worker and she had yellow-ish blond-ish ginger-ish wavy hear in a pony tail, she was pretty visible. But she came up to us asking if we needed something down and she was very polite about it. So she brought them down for me and walked away. After looking at the item for a bit I decided I didn’t want them so I just layer them down near some hoodies. As we try to leave, she yells at us “ladies, where where’s the shorts” so we point to where we put them and she said “thank you don’t come back” LIKE- I’m sorry that my parents make more in a week then you do in a month that’s not my problem. Don’t yell at me if I did nothing wrong. I am a teenager and i have a job I’m not broke I can pay if I wanted. Don’t be a btch to your customers. She worked in the cross iron mills

Undoubtedly store is nice good collection available too . But got disappointed from the staff members . There was a team member with hijab who was very busy with her boyfriend . She was just standing there and talking to him . She did not bother herself to help the customers in billing as it was a lineup there . She was pretty busy with the guy . And the worst part was they guys were doing romance in the store which was little awkward for the customers . Better to do these things after your work and not at your workplace .

Rose !!!!!!! The best best best best helper . She will advise you on what you should be pairing the clothes with , her passion on fashion and helping professionally and calm demeanour makes one welcome to her and approachable . And Jasdeep was great , she was friendly and had a smile on her face . Please give them raise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 100/10 service ! Would recommend visiting the store

I bought a jeans from this place which turned out to be defected and on asking for refund or exchange the staff , the manager named Angel started talking very rudely. I this bluenotes should pay more attention at whk they are hiring so that the brand don’t get their name spoiled just because of the unfriendly staff and poor customer service

I’ve been to this store several times before and had a decent experience each time, as far as I can remember.However, I ordered a sweater online recently and it was the worst quality I’ve ever felt. Literally SHIEN level quality. I was surprised, as I generally like Bluenotes and find their quality to be decent.I came into this location to return it yesterday and the girl who helped me was amazing. She was working the store pretty much by herself and did a fantastic job. Give the employee with long dark hair and a purple hoodie a BIG raise. Also hire more people.. she was doing way too much. That’s not right.And fix the deteriorating quality. As a previously loyal customer, I likely won’t be coming back.

Visited first time on Sunday evening. Variety of wearable articles available with almost size available.Selected and tried 2 pieces so quickly that choose one more from there as the articles were of proper fittings. Price was genuine as we got a good deal.Polite behaviour and speedy billing

The clothing sizes fit tighter than labeled, the fitting rooms have no benches (which makes trying in clothing extremely hard when you have balance issues), and the staff were inattentive to say the least. The girl behind the counter was more interested in talking with her friend than helping customers. The clothing is cute, but thats about all it has going on for it.

The worst ever retail store I've ever visited (Bluenotes at Crossiron Mills). Store Manager (Stephanie) that's what she said she was but I am not sure if she's really the Store Manager as she knows nothing about customer service and believes customer is lying.I've to give one star as there is no option for negative rating.

Unhelpful staff- saw 4 just laughing and talking. more interested in chatting amongst each other than helping customers. Had a question but didnt want to disrupt their party.

I went into this store today just to browse, I happened to over hear one of the store employees talking in an extremely rude manner to her coworkers. I was really upset to have witnessed this as I have always been treated amazing when I am shopping in the store, I hated to see that employees are being treated unfairly. The woman was wearing a black beanie, she had blonde hair, and was of asian decent. I really hope someone can look into this, I could see one of the workers holding back tears. So upsetting :(
