Went in this Sunday looking for clothes for my son. The ladies that were there were extremely helpful! I was able to find a good few things for him with their help.

I was overall just disappointment…Mostly by the customer service.I went into the store on Victoria Day and I was not greeted once… The staff were all just standing together at the register and paid no attention to me and a few other customers. The clothes selection was nice though! I really liked a few so I decided to go try them on, I head to the back and no one is attending the changing rooms. I had to go ask for a change room and when I did, I was met with a dirty look as if to say “you are interrupting our conversation”. I overall felt very unwelcome and though I don’t consider myself as a person who is really bothered by such things, the environment the staff were creating in the store was rather unfriendly and not inviting. I would prefer to shop in a store where I was met by a more considerate and friendly staff, but then again, maybe they were just having a bad day ????

What a lovely store with some top quality staff! Cayden and the rest of the crew took the time to listen to me and collaborate some excellent clothing choices and options! This location is very clean, organized and will continue to have my business for a long time. Today I went into Below the Belt to look at the Champion selection, was greeted by a lovely employee straight way. Was able to walk away with not only the hoodie I wanted but also was having a great chat with Mackenzie and Michelle. Both was extremely giggly and efficient :)

I am giving this review a 1as i can’t give it a zero. I went into the mall today to browse alittle. I walked into below the belt as I saw some sale signs. I wandered through the store and saw a couple girls that work in the store chatting amongst themselves at the counter. I was not greeted at all as I walked past. I continued to look through the racks and even found a couple items I wanted to try on. I walk back to the changing rooms to find no one, therefore I choose the only open room and try on my items. I wasn’t sold on the items I tried on therefore I decided to head out, passing the two girls working deep on conversation. I look over as I walk by and nothing. I literally wandered the entire women’s section, tried on clothes while they continued to stand at the counter completely engrossed in their own conversation. I just feel disappointed in the customer service that wasn’t provided. Therefore I don’t even think I can give a review for customer service as I was provided nothing. I hope that this isn’t common as they are probably loosing sales because of it.
