Very Bad customer service! Didn’t know how to deal with a customer. it was a girl name tanvir who didn’t help us and refused my sale because i didn’t give her my phone number or email for their rewards.

This store does not stand behind its product. I understand that it is lower cost product but I still expect to be able to exchange a pair of shoes that were sold with a hole in them. The only way I would shop here again is if I was looking to wear something once and throw it away.

I'm uncertain where to commence with this review. We initially bought a sweater in the incorrect size and returned it to the store after confirming with an employee that the correct size was available. Despite providing specific details about the item and triple-checking, we were handed the entirely wrong sweater upon arrival. Frustrated, the manager suggested ordering it online. After several days without any contact from Ardene and no tracking number, we realized the manager lacked essential information and seemed solely focused on making a sale.Upon finally receiving the order after almost two weeks of waiting, we discovered that the manufacturer had once again sent the wrong size, and the item wasn't even tagged correctly. This experience with Ardene's customer service has been exceptionally irritating. Despite reaching out to numerous individuals, no one could fulfill our request or go the extra mile to assist us. I strongly advise against purchasing anything online from this store. It's better to return the item and accept the loss, as dealing with Ardene has proven to be a significant waste of time and a source of frustration in a seemingly straightforward transaction. I can't help but wonder how much more challenging this would be for a larger order. It's crucial to enhance staff training in code and tag interpretation, ensuring that customers receive the correct products or refraining from offering services that can't be reliably fulfilled. Regrettably, I won't be returning to shop here.

I went to this location yesterday, there were 3 girls that were standing there blocking some of the clothing and wouldn’t move when a costumer was looking at those clothing. I thought at first they were costumers but they had name tags on them, they were just standing there and talking about this girl’s relationship, how they met a few years ago and have been dating for a year or whatever. You’re getting paid to do actual work, not gossip about your life and be blocking some of the clothing you’re supposed to be selling.

Signage is not accurate, it's very frustrating thinking you have grabbed a sale item when it is full price. Especially since the sign was directly above the item. Other locations are much more careful with their display. Staff is there. This location is tidier than others.

horrible return policy, just bought a bracelet and they wouldn’t let me exchange it for the price i bought it for. just wanted it for my grad but i won’t be shopping at the crossiron location again! don’t shop here!

I came here to look for a pair of shoes and when we entered the store three employees were standing around a display in a deep conversation. We went to the back of the store and we saw 4 other people enter the store which the employees were still in deep conversation not acknowledging any one. I couldn’t find what I wanted but I did want to get some new sweatpants so I walked up to the display where the employees were still gabbing away. Finally when I couldn’t find my size I got a response from one of the ladies to where there were some my size. The employees never helped any one who came in to the store. Then you wonder why people say customer service now a days is terrible.

Employees are awesome very friendly and hard working. Haley has helped me almost every time I come in. I would give her five stars and the manager (Sharon)no stars if I could. She's incredibly rude and entitled. I've heard her say some pretty rude things to Haley. It's sad that Ardene would allow such a bully to be employed there. Do better Ardene.

Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?

Shopped at crossiron location yesterday great deals going on!! Excellent Customer Service, staff was very friendly and helpful, one of the girl helped me find the right sizes I was looking for my granddaughter. Keep up the good work.
