People that work here feel the need to comment on ur clothes, and think u can’t hear them while continuing to stare at you and laugh and makes jokes about you but the joke is on them cause they just mad they ugly. All I expertise here was harassment and possible salmonella poisoning. But this is for both the petro Canada and A&W women staff only. Will not be coming here again. And it’s honestly not even worth it when cross iron mills has a A&W anyways. 110% would not recommend. Also I asked for the burger meat well done and it is still pink it is not white meat. Since they didn’t like me they tried giving me salmonella not profession idk how they got approved my food safety. Todays date: feb 7,2024 time: around 1-1:30pm

Car wash sucks , my car is more dirty after wash , cashier didn’t refund money , petro canada need to fire this guys because they don’t know about Canadian customer service standard . Never wash your car at this location

The staff(Gursimarn) is too busy on their personal phone to properly communicate. Management team are all new staff that don’t have answers to questions. Gursimran needs to be trained properly she lacks communication skills.

A car was stuck in the car wash as the chain stopped all of a sudden. Pressed the help button for 15 minutes and staff even didn't bother to answer. WHEN called the store number they refused to come and have a look right away..cars in the line had to reverse unsafely and move out of the wash. Very bad service.

Friendly enough staff, clean store. Very long process to get key to bathroom (not so clean) considering store was not too busy.

Pit stop on the way to Banff and on the way home. For those times, the pumps are not busy. We used the facilities. Clean, fully stocked and does have a baby changing station. A&W inside and the main convenience store. Abundance of snacks, ice cream flavors, hot drink, water, juices etc. Good customer service. Enough private parking lot.
