Manager sucks. I am sending a complain to the company and will see how are they going to respond to me and will post more after having a conversation with them. Please go learn how to do customer service.

We asked a staff for help and she found a pair of shoes for my husband which he loved that. It had two colours, one 110 and one 140. The staff said that and also the price tag was like that, so my husband went for the cheaper colour, tried the size. I also found another pair for myself to buy. At cashier, another staff said the customer put the price tag there by mistake and both colour is 140. I explained that her colleague said the price difference and it is not acceptable that they wasted our time. But she said we do not do any adjust the price. It was so weird, and really bad reputation for ECCO. We just bought 3 pairs 10 days ago from the same store and now I have doubt to continue shopping there and will not recommend them as their customer service was so bad.

I am from out of town and when I am at Crossiron Mall, I always buy shoes at your store because I wear Size 35. That size is hard to find . The service was terrible. I left with nothing.

Aira is rude and did not even assisted when I bought 4 pairs of shoes!!! Did not even offer to help me find the right shoes instead just stayed away and i have to call her when I am asking questions! She dont seem to care about her customers! I felt that she is in a rush to kick me out of the store not even a thank you from her after shopping. I will not buy from this store if she is the one in there! Not even a start deserve her attitude!!!

In just a matter of seconds, she accurately assessed my needs and parameters, providing me with meaningful and expert advice. The entire process of selection, fitting, and purchase was a breeze taking no more than 15 minutes.I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received from Nelam Her dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience deserves recognition. If only every store had more employees like Nelam! My positive impressions from this visit will undoubtedly make me a loyal customer. Highly recommended!

Extremely poor service from Mgr. Neelam here. She should not be in leadership role. Corporate if you care about your customers and your staff working here- pls do intervene and look her rude behavior towards everyone.

I have been to this store many times being out of town and have bought several pairs of shoes. The service was always excellent especially from the store manager. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much Neelam

I have Plantar fasciitis and was recommended by my Podiatrist to try Ecco shoes as they cater to my needs. At first I was quite hesitant to try the brand.
Upon arrival to the store this afternoon I got pleasure to be assisted by one of the two girls working she listened to my concerns and assisted me throughout to find a shoe that helped me with my foot concerns.
After trying couple of recommendations by her I was amazed to see that I didn’t even find a need to put in my orthotics as the shoe was giving me the comfort and support I was looking for.
Neelam product knowledge and patience on helping a 55 years old female was amazing as I was there for good 2 hours to get comfortable with the shoes I was trying on.
I left with my first 2 pairs of Ecco shoes and will be coming back for more.
Highly recommend this store to people with Plantar fasciitis.

I purchased shoes online at the beginning of their sale and requested pick up at this location. Low and behold almost three weeks later and sizes sold out online I just received an email my orders have been cancelled. This store is not organized and didn’t allocate the shoes in time. Not a good pick up location.

The woman who introduced herself as the manager of this store has zero customer service skills or even basic manners of a decent human being. She’s extremely disrespectful and rude towards the customers and even the staff of this store.
