The Service is immaculate. The manager even helped me with my bags upon arrival from my car, and during my stay, when I came back to the hotel with groceries, he helped me bring those to my room as well. So, Bravo for that!
Rooms are a little outdated but in good shape! Wifi's good enough for gaming. AC in the room works really well!
Located next to basically everything. Grocery store is across the street to the east, convenience store to the north across the street. Mcdonalds and other restaurants south of you within 200m. I hear Fourtey Eight is a good bar with a patio.
Yeah, pretty great hotel honestly. Been staying here gor 20 days so far for work.

Cleaner than anywhere I have stayed in a long time, seriously….no need to be concerned about staying here! I am so grateful it doesn’t stink like smoke either. Real cups & glasses instead of plastic, appreciate that.
Very personable dude at the desk to check us in late afternoon, he was so helpful & so friendly.
This place deserves the business, can’t be beat for cleanliness, customer service or the price! Great pillows too. Quiet, despite the busy hwy out front.
Definitely staying here again on our next road trip out this way, and our daughter works in the area off & on I be telling her where to stay too.

What a great staff clean room and very nice price. This poor guy just got grilled by a stupid lady guest. Stayed perfectly calm and helped her out.

When I showed up on my motorcycle I was frozen and desperate for a warm comfortable bed to sleep in and I definitely found that here. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean. For the price, I would not hesitate to spend the night here again if I find myself passing through Rocky Mountain House in the future.

Getting a last minute pet friendly room was fantastic at 11pm. The price was right and walking distance to other restaurants as the in house dining was closed. I would have preferred a window that could open for some ventilation but not a bad place to crash, even if the TP is only one ply.We weren't the only ones with a dog but other than an occasional woof walking by in the hall we didn't hear other dogs so good soundproofing!

We've been staying at Tamarack for up to 3 weeks at a time over the past several months and have had an excellent experience each time. The owner and his staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. The rooms are decent and pet-friendly and the prices very reasonable. The location is also very convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere during our stays.Thank you very much for your hospitality Tamarack Motor Inn!Walkability: As central as you can get. Close enough to walk everywhere you need to go (groceries, gym, etc.)

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Tamarack Motor Inn for a night, and despite its age, the experience left a positive impression. First of all, it had an amazing balcony view!! The motel may not boast the latest amenities, but its cleanliness and comfort make it a reliable choice for a short stay. The room, though showing signs of wear and tear, was surprisingly well-maintained. The cleanliness was evident, and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The furnishings may be a bit dated, but the cozy atmosphere made up for any aesthetic shortcomings. I would not hesitate to return if I find myself in the area again. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service makes this motel a hidden gem worth considering for future travels.

I stayed at this motel for a week during a work trip. Despite its age, the rooms were clean, and the staff was kind and helpful.
