Only like to deal with one of the managers there (Krystal), she is kind, professional and accommodating. The other manager, however, is very unprofessional, rude and likes to hangup in the middle of a conversation. I would recommend this shop if the male manager was not in the position.

We were hauling hay and had a leak in a tire on our trailer. Closest city was Rocky Mountain House.Called Kal Tire and they were able to take a nail out of the tire and repair it. Fast, reasonably priced and great to deal with. Appreciated the help from Tristan.

Took 3 days to put 1 tire on they had my vehicle the entire time they said they’d get to it the day I dropped it off I almost lost my job because of how unbelievable the story was.
