I just want to say thank you so so much to the two lovely ladies that were working Black Friday for the closing shift, I called in asking if they could do me a big favor, and that was to get 9 items ready for me so I can just come in right before close and pay for them. Since the store closed at 8 and I was off at 7pm I was not sure if I would make it on time. Turns out I did and shopped around some more and got more then expected but totally worth it. TAHNK YOU again ladies you girls rock I hope they get a raise for being so helpful, going above and beyond for me.

I absolutely adore all of the clothing and the service has always been great. However, they have changed all of their boot cut black pants (like yoga pants) to xtra long with out advertising. I am 5ft 4 and I have always been able to fit these exact pants and I order 5/6 pairs at a time. I had to return them all as they were all a foot too long atleast
So frustrating.

I walked in had help within 2 minutes. Was awesome. I am 5 feet and was needing petite, this location did not have anything shorter then a 30. This was disappointing. Other then that excellent customer service. I asked for an honest opinion and the ladies gave it to me. Great job. Please think about adding a shorter length. Thanks

I have been coming to this store for years. You have seen me through the different body types I have travelled and always had something that fit me and usually was on sale. I really do love this store.

If I could give zero stars I would to one staff..she was young..inexperienced..red streaks in her hair red & black glasses..I informed her I was looking for something to exchange my item..she said u better have your receipt and tags on item before I even approached the till. Then at the till she reminded me that I already exchanged once..and cannot return..I explained the top still didn't fit..she kept looking at receipt to find an issue with it. she said policy states u cannot return after one exchange..I felt she offended me as I am older and she was talking down to me..I left without returnlng the item as she was making me feel like I was not welcome in the store..i hope management looks at her as a negative staff that turns away customers..

Amazing customer service. I walked in 1 minute before closing and she didn't even kick me out. I felt really bad after I found it. I'd been in there 10 minutes and the store was closed. And she never rushed me at all. Very personable. Very good deals!

No returns or gift cards on the 27th of December.... and the store is not busy. Not happy. The clerk did take the time point out the no returns on our receipt which was not necessary!!!

I was disappointed to know the 50% off jeans was not happening at the store as I understood in the email. I was disappointed the 10% offered on a sign at the till "was not working"Thank you.
