staff are knowledgeable about most of the brands sold in the store, however when I went in browsing for a jacket, I couldn’t help but feel unwelcome as the staff were almost treating me as if I didn’t look like I should be shopping there. I felt judged and felt as though the staff didn’t appreciate my presence in the store.
After browsing I had picked out a Canada Goose jacket and went to pay, after the transaction I asked if they had any Canada Goose bags, as this Jacket was a gift for my son. The lady told me they did not give out bags to orders under 1000$, though after taxes my order was in fact over 1000$, upon hearing this, she proceeded to tell me that I was “technically” right, but then informed me that they did not have any Canada Goose bags at the moment, and that I would have to call back and purchase one once they got more in stock.
Overall a slightly disappointing experience, I would recommend avoiding this store if you are not dressed to show that you have money to spend on their products.

Really amazing staff in today, unfortunately they were let down by bad management no one had been trained how to do a return and when they called the manager for help no one answered them. Could be a 5 star experience if the managers were actually fully involved. Really strange to take the long weekend off before school and leave 2 new employees to fend for them selves, both of them did great and figured it out the fault is on the management

Went into the store today to look for hiking shoes and there were 3-4 girls standing around and didn’t even acknowledge me. Won’t be back.It’s sad cause it’s not the first time

Customer service is great here. But they want to charge you for a bag after you spend hundreds of dollars on shoes. Not impressed.

Wonderful and extremely friendly staff. Always on the ball to help customers, even with the young employees they seem very job oriented and focused. Highly recommend.
