First time I have ever shopped in Urban Barn .. will certainly be returning. Jozef was terrific .. he connected very quickly with what I wanted (even tho I didn’t know) and provided great suggestion and insight to pulling my dining room and kitchen together! He was very professional, patient and made us feel very comfortable. Great Red Deer store experience..

I can’t say enough about the staff at this store. My daughter had bought a couch and had some issues moving it in her place. Staff and management were so understanding and accommodating towards her delays.Thank you so very much!Great customer service!

My whole experience with Urban Barn was excellent. The customer service from Michelle and Kyle was 5 stars. My furniture arrived early and they were super accommodating considering we weren’t in possession of our new home yet. 100% will continue shopping here. Great quality for a reasonable cost. Love everything.
