Astounding customer service from Gloria this evening. She was SO patient with an 8yr olds explanation about a toy we were looking for, and also took the time to ask a bunch of questions regarding the toy at checkout that only an 8yr old cares about :)

Toys R us is a member of the scanner price accuracy code. I was in the store Monday Dec 18 and found these trains. The items scanned incorrectly. The cashier was pleasant when I informed her tlof the issue. I talked to Amber the supervisor and she stated they dont do that here, she totally refused, even after bringing up the code. In an effort to avoid a conflict at the store I returned the toy and told Amber I would reach out to the store later.Edit: Called no answer, no call back.

Junk place, poor service....nothing like being followed around the store...the girl that worked said she thought we were going to steal...all we wanted was to buy a game.

Great store. Didn’t seem as large as the big city ones but had everything the kids were looking for.We went in a Saturday and they had a free Lego building event for the kids. A really nice surprise.

Buyer beware. I purchased a puzzle wrapped in plastic. I opened the puzzle and realized it wouldn't work for my daughter( it had buckles and laces and the buckles were hard to work) I tried to return the puzzle with the original package and was refused. The lady was rude to begin with. No hi hello how are you. Just what is wrong with it. Stopped to help another customer. Then told me it's not returnable because it's not in the original package. It was in the original package just had the plastic open. Needless to say overall an unpleasant experience. I will be reconsidering my purchases if they they cannot be returned
