I had ordered a pair of shies online, and when they came,they were too small. I brought them into The Shoe Company, and the staff helped me with my return without problem. They didn't have my size in-store but called around to the other stores and found me a pair. I gave them only a four star rating because when they did the return, they kept the GST for whatever reason, and i found that odd....

Bought $150 merrell running shoes here. The stiching holding the shoes lace ripped out after only 2 months of wear. Was told that is was not the shoe company's problem. Not buying anything here again.

Meh. 1 pair of black heels for $80 and they had rhinestones- yikes. And not one pair of casual heels in any other color. I rarely find anything to buy in here, always hope I'll fluke out I guess! With zero shoe stores around, this store has such an opportunity and are blowing it. Staff are always great, just the products fall flat.

I had ordered online and needed to return some items at the store. Once there were 3 people in line, another sales associate opened her till so it would be faster. My return went smoothly and quickly. I had told the cashier that I wanted to try one of my returns in a larger size. She pointed me towards the area in the store and said I could look there. The shoe was not in that area and I ended up finding it in the clearance section but not in a larger size. It seemed odd to me that she didn’t help me more to find the shoe, as there were no customers in line and minimal customers in the store at the time.
