Great place to shop very friendly staff that will help you find something even if they don’t have it in their store and they were not able to order it from their company . They helped me find where I could buy the runners I needed .

Very Very racist employees, especially towards indigenous people. my mother and i were shopping december 14th around 5pm, looking for the right work shoes for my brothers, then i notice a young girl following us around, pretending she’s fixing the displays, she didn’t ask if we needed assistance, she just followed us around. once we picked out the shoes and began to pay she comes to the cashier, grabs the shoe box, looks at the shoe and it’s sizes then proceed to walk away. i will not tolerate this type discrimination especially when my mother is present! i will let my family and friends know about this place and will complain to the manger, owner of the store as well as the owner of the mall!! WE ARE NOT THIEVES AND WILL NOT BE TREATED AS SUCH

Staff are unknowlegable in sport footwear and are not that friendly. I do not recommend unless you are sure what your looking for. Deals are not that frequent.

Called this store because I was in a very desperate situation where I needed shoes for a wedding, and no time to order after I had 3 failed online order attempts. She offered to hold the shoes I wanted until the wedding for me! (I’m not from red deer, and couldn’t place payment over the phone to hold) I’ve been stressing for the last week and she went above and beyond, taking a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much Lisa!!! I’m beyond grateful, will be shopping here for all my shoe needs!

Lisa and her team are wonderful and a genuine delight at the parkland store. I went into get some shoes for work and while I was trying on shoes we all chatted and laughed it was lots of fun. Get up to the till only for Lisa to surprise me by letting me know I have points to use towards my purchase. Thank you all for your wonderful service ☺️

The other day I went to return a pair of shoes that I purchased and didn't end up wearing.. The young girls at the desk told me they wouldn't do it unless I presented the card that I made the purchase on. I no longer had that card because I lost my debit and my replacement card did not have the same number. They argued that if i lost it, it would have the same number. I work for the bank and i have never heard if a bank having their very own card printer. They told me, too bad, it was policy and they won't be doing the return. I asked for the head office number and they finally decided to call the manager to see what they could do. They then asked for ID which I only had a temporary driver's license as well as my insurance and registration. They then told me it wasn't good enough even though the name matched up on their computer!! Might I add, they made me go out to my car for these details with my new born baby in the pouring rain!!After some arguing they finally did it but HOLY COW!! It was completely invasive and made me so uncomfortable giving my personal details to a shoe store that had no right asking for such things. I will never shop her again and I'll be spreading the word in my small city about this experience!
