Devon met me at the door and guided me to the items I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable on the products, the manufacture recommendations, the delivery dates and most importantly offering the best price. Thanks Devon, I will be back.
The only suggestion I would have is to reinforce with the client that the assembly for some items is required by the customer.
The fellows that delivered the product were very courteous, respectful and proficient.

The delivery was easy to follow on the tracker so you know exactly when they are scheduled to arrive. They were quick and took care not to damage anything. The delivery crew assembled the furniture legs before they left. Well done!

The team at The Brick Red Deer was awesome. We dealt on separate occasions with Nick, then Michael and both were top notch. In the end, they assisted with furnishing our theatre room as well as our living room, and we couldn't be happier.

After a difficult and long move we went to the Brick in Red Deer to help setup our new space. We enjoyed our purchase in Sept of a couch and chair set so much that we went back in October to purchase a second set for upstairs! The service we received from Nick and Michael was amazing. They each went above and beyond to help us get the right set for us and our space.

We shopped at the Red Deer location for kitchen appliances. Walking in, we were greeted by one of the sales associates Kai Wood. He let us be while we did our initial looking around. When we had questions, he was attentive and if he didn't have the answer, he got it quickly. Completed our purchase easily, and were advised of arrival and delivery timelines.
Didn't give 5 starts as none of the items we purchased were physically in the store to look at.
