The clerk at the Parkland Mall location is Red Deer needs some customer service training. (Diane S. 20002 morning of May 5/23) Her method of greeting customers is by raising her eyebrows - not acknowledging them by speaking to them. This is NOT just a one time occurrence, this is the just the first review I've done for them. She also needs training to thank her customer after a purchase is made. Even though the products are very good there, the lasting impression as you leave the store is what the cashier makes it to be. Not a pleasant place to shop when she's there. Other clerks are great.

I have been shopping at Suzanne’s for several yrs & have seen many managers & sales associates come & go like a revolving door. Some are great , others need to be let go, due to being unprofessional such as your newest manager . I have worked in retail for long enough to know that reprimanding the sales associate in front of customers for not answering the phone when she was serving a customer at the till was so wrong on all levels. Manager made way too much of it and embarrassed her! Manager was around the corner & could have answered it herself. Not impressed!
