What an incredible store! The prices are amazing and the staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable! I’ve been to the store twice in two days and there is always something new to see. I highly recommend going there!

Staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. They also helped educate me on some of the crystals which I appreciated and asked for there assistance. The rocks are beautiful and the store is huge! The only comment I would have is as usual, rocks are pricey lol. But the customer service was great!

I stumbled across a TikTok live sale hosted by Kylee on June 7, 2024. I was excited to find a new crystal supplier local to Canada. During this live sale I purchased 4 items.
I was even more excited that I had 14 days to pay the invoice, which meant I could also add other livesale and online purchases to the shipment.
On June 10, 2024 I made another purchase from a TikTok live sale. It was a tower that had a damaged corner. Due to the damage the livesale host listed the price at $24.00 with no further discount. When I received the invoice I noticed that I was charged $35 - 20% the regular retail discount for livesales. No big deal, we are all human and make errors. So I kindly reached and informed them through TikTok messages. When my message went unanswered I reached out again when I was invoiced for my next livesale purchase. At that time I was informed that it woukd be sent to an invoice manager. Finally on June 18, 2024 I recieved a message my invoice had been adjusted. I log into there website look at the invoice and it is billed at $25. Yes it is only a $1.00 difference, but why mention prices if your just going to bill what you want.
The kicker was when I received my crystals the label on the tower was time stamped as to when I bid on it in the livesale. So if they thought I was trying to scam them they could have easily downloaded the live and looked at the time to see the price the livesale host stated.
Honestly you would think customer retention is worth the extra $1.00 they made. No I did not mention the incorrect invoice the 2nd time. It was not worth lowering my energy when there are so many suppliers available.
I will say the livesale host had amazing energy, was knowledgeable about the crystals she was offering. ( If there was a crystal she hadn't worked with much, she said that and also looked it up.
The crystals I ordered were great and offered at a reasonable price.
I paid my invoice on June 18, 2024, and my packaged was shipped the next day and arrived at my door in BC June 21, 2024. The box was well packaged and there was no damage.

Awesome shop with an amazing selection. Didn’t have any backflow cones and we noticed we were overcharged by about $20 but no detailed receipt so next time we come, will be keeping a close eye. Service was otherwise completely wonderful and I’ll still recommend this place for the gem/rock/fossil enthusiasts!

I was told by the Calgary store that the Red Deer store was separate and would not pass info along.So I would not recommend this store based on the live event I just watched. A woman that was more intrigued at her hair and how Taylor swift writes than actually writing legibly and explaining anything. Wouldn’t go to the store in either Calgary or Red Deer as neither store actually seems to care about anything other than themselves and not the person that is trying to buy something
