Went inside to grab something, there’s a lady (worker) who just stands there and does NOT even speak any english. I asked her a question and she just looked and asked the dude in their language to help me.Why do you hire somebody that cannot do their job? Having a little bit of english would work wonders. ?

AVOID THIS SHELL BRANCH AT ALL COST. I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS SINCE THEY OPENED BUT THE GUY ON DUTY TONIGT JUST LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THEM. HE WAS SO RUDE, IMPOLITE, AND VERY ENTITLED. IF YOU DON’T LIKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB/BUSINESS, YOU QUIT!!!! I RATHER HAVE ME, MY FAMILY, AND FRIENDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Be careful when walking around there fell on the ice they don't salt. Another customer was nice enough to ask if I was ok. Told the teller to salt and they said the front door only was salted and that I need to buy better shoes. No respect for customers

We ordered some late night snacks- chips, etc for movie night from here a couple nights ago and they sent us chips that were expired in JANUARY. It is now almost MAY. Gross. How hard is it to sell products to your customers that are actually edible? Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
