Rogers store in Red Deer, Alberta does have very rude staff. GIANNA was very good but the other two managers DIVINA and i don't know the name of other one were very rude.First, when i went to purchase a phone, they never asked my permission to do a credit check, she said its "implied" that its gonna happen, Why is that? I already complained to Equifax about it.Yanjit the Area supervisor/manager, and including everyone, giving me attitude and saying "we helped you what else you need". I was like, not to be rude but it is your job. You can speak with Gianna, she was super awesome about everything.And when i purchased the phone, they opened it in front of me, though i told them not to open the box. I spoke with Yanjit about this, he said that its their store policy, which was not shared to the customers, and about the CREDIT CHECK is not shared with the customers. Please do something as this is not legal.

Worst experience in my life!!!!! Never ever deal with this store . I was order new phone from fido online the fido sales team plan to delivery the phone to this store. Today I got email for ready for pickup.I’m so excited to get my phone. When I wake to the store and ask for my phone for pick up they refuse to give my phone and manager told that we don’t like to except ur delivery from fido. Only u can buy phone from us and u have to pay active charge $50 but I refused and they told that ur phone we send back to fido head office again . I’m so shock I ask I never get any call from ur store about my phone and ur guys make own decisions to send back my phone again even no communication make with me or fido head office And we know it’s again of the low .. … i told them even last year I made same think in one of Edmonton fido store .Why only this store refuses to give my phone ????? May be they don’t care the customers or selfish management teams .

Friends told me that i got expensive data price. Usually around 40bucks but i got 70bucks without phone included. I got a non negotiable plan i mean non contract plan so anytime i can cut off. Service was pretty good. And it was very wuick service.

They don't seem to know what they are doing avoid this store. if you want to use rogers go to TBooth right across the hall or literally anywhere else.

i have never been treated so poorly by Rogers outlet workers. This is by far the worst customer service representatives in all of red deer Alberta. Not only was I told that an issue I was having with my device wast their issue but they refused to help me, saying that this problem wasn't there's and to take it up with someone who cares! I was so taken aback all I could do was turn around and walk out. Now today I call and ge hung up on when I ask if they could double check to see if my order PLACED through their store was actually cancelled, on top of that the the workers give me FALSE information and false names for me to reference them back. I am so disappointed and utterly disgusted that a paying customer of long term is being treated like this, how many other customers have been treated like this and just took it? I will not have this treatment and I will be seeking higher power as to have these workers fired. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Dec 06, was having all kinds of grief with my new Rogers account, the SIM card they sent by FedEx didn't work something to do with incorrect porting. Went into Rodgers store in Bower Mall, spoke to Kyle, who swapped out the SIM card with a new one, reset my phone & it worked again with my existing number. There was no extra charge for the excellent customer service. Many tks Kyle for your efforts. Cheers David.
