Recently purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid from Red Deer Toyota. Had the pleasure of working with Ryan Dandurand and Tony Weenk. Have gone to numerous dealerships in Calgary and across various manufacturers (Toyota, Subaru and Honda) and Red Deer Toyota was by far the best.
Great communication, prompt with responses to questions, very friendly and best of all, they were transparent. I really appreciate that there was no BS, vague timing on availability, hidden charges from MSRP or pressure to buy extended warranty (another Toyota dealership wouldn't sell the vehicle without buying extra warranty).
If you're in the market for a new Toyota, would strongly recommend Ryan and Tony in Red Deer! Best dealership experience I've had!

Amy Larsen was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. We phoned at 2:30 and drove home our new-to-us vehicle by 5:00. She made the best possible deal for us and we are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend Red Deer Toyota for your vehicle needs, great selection of used vehicles and knowledgable friendly staff. Had a 10/10 experience and couldn't be happier with my new ride! My sales rep Amy was incredibly nice and accommodating and went above and beyond for me with my purchase, start to finish she exceeded my expectations and if I ever change vehicles Red Deer Toyota will be my first stop and Amy will be my first point of contact!

Our Avalon was in a rear end collision and was sent back to Toyota from the body shop in Lacombe to finalize work needing to be done on the rear sensors.
When we spoke with Toyota to book in for this appointment we were not told that this could be an all day or possibly 2 day long fix depending on what was required.
What we were told was that it would be a short wait, would we like to stay and wait or get a shuttle to drop me off somewhere?
My husband thinking it might be an hour or two (based off what we were told) said that I would just wait there.
I was not prepared for a whole day in the city without a vehicle (as we live outside the city)
This part wasn’t great, better communication would have been appreciated as we are new to the area and being stuck in the city for 5 or more hours without a vehicle or friends or family to help out makes for a long day!
We now know to clarify in more detail, the realistic length of time for repairs so we can make alternate arrangements or book a loaner vehicle to make the day work around the repairs being done.
Aside from a small issue in miscommunication we are very happy with choosing Red Deer Toyota!
Service Advisor Amanda was great!!
She found me a loaner car last second for the day which was very much appreciated!
Today she went above and beyond!
This is my second visit to Toyota Service Red Deer & my second visit with Amanda!
Both times have been great experiences with her!
Always appreciate the work of a great service advisor!!
Look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from their location!!

I've been holding off on posting a review, because we had an issue arise with our 2024 Toyota Tundra that took a bit to work through. Red Deer Toyota supported us in working through the issue, to a satisfactory conclusion. They even handled dealing with (and advocating to) Toyota Canada on a warranty issue.
The purchase process was great - we worked with Mike Steiner, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was very open to feedback, and responsive to our requests. After the purchase, he continues to follow-up and help us work through any issues that arise. I purchased the truck completely over the phone, without ever having to unnecessarily travel to the dealership to sign papers or anything like that. When we buy our next vehicle I wouldn't give it a second thought - I would call Mike to order it.

I have canceled my purchase contract for 2024 Tundra before delivery date, because when I requested for a copy of all documents there are so many hidden charges like others. I keep asking for a copy of documents, Kevin Campbell told me it can't scan properly. On top of that, I find out from Toyota Canada that all extended warranty is OPTIONAL, opposite to what financing (Kevin Campbell & Corey Stuart) told me during more than 3hrs negotiation and they keep telling me I need that.
I didn't get my deposit back even though Kate Raietska and Corey Moore told me it is refundable, and I did not put my initial on the non-refundable section.
If all the charges was shown to me, I wouldn't cancel my purchase. There's one description says "other".
If you are certainly not in the business of keeping peoples money, refund my money back (per Kate Raietska and Corey Moore, its refundable they said). Yes you guys try to phone and email me only when I cancel my purchase. I won't delete this review if I don't get my refundable deposit. I don't want a credit, I want my money back.
To all future buyers, make sure to have a recorded conversation and emails on everything for your records (paper trail).

The customer service is a 10 out of 10, friendly and very helpful. We have been with them since 2018 and this is our 3rd vehicle, won't go any where else.
