Brutal customer service. One lady was rude when I asked where something was. And the 2 young girls sat there and talked about horses when I walked up to till. Finally after a minute came to the till to ring me in.

Extremely disappointed in the staff here.
My husband and I came in looking for something we saw online, went to the counter and asked for help.
While we waited over 10 mins because while supposedly helping us, she stood there chatting with another customer. The other customer interrupted her while she started to search on her computer….. just continuing to chat away. So rude
The phone also rings CONSTANTLY while many staff just stand around. We ended up looking for it ourselves and left.
Not cool!
We will never be back

The Online inventory does not match the store inventory. The staff was not helpful once they realized that some work would be involved in finding the item that showed as in stock in the store.
Call ahead or go to Edmonton.
