“Amazing pharmacists, they go above and beyond to tell you directions and any complications to look out for (usually a standard but I’ve had terrible experiences at other places). Been with them for years now. I take a medication they don’t have on standby; it gets ordered and stocked within a day if I call ahead. Never plan to change pharmacies, I go out of my way to deal with prescriptions with them. Only gave 4 stars because their phones are always busy or don’t get answered. Still, would recommend to anyone who enjoys dealing with great people!”

“I have to share because now a days it’s so hard to find good customer service. I had given up on finding a good drugstore because I thought they were all the same. A corporate company and I was just a number to them.However, Sagewood is different in all the best ways. They are real people who treat customers like real people.They always go above and beyond and I feel happier after I deal with them.Please give them a try, you won’t be upset you did.Everyone who fills prescriptions should feel important, and Sagewood most certainly does make their clients feel important and valued.”

“I'm disabled and use Ross street because of their delivery service which is excellent...being homeless i have been to the actual pharmacy and if youve ever been in there and want to see a bee hive go to the back...haha...you will see at least 10 employees working extremely hard...(no govt workers here)...i read the comment below and i want to address it because being homeless drug addicts will storm a store and steal as much as they can...and ive seen it done...ask any walmart or superstore employee what they go through everyday...anyway...because they have a legitimate reason to go to ross street and the busyness of employees its looked at as an easy target and they go in large groups...now the worker below may also say that this person is a great person and is trying really hard to change...but they play their workers for extra subsities and mcDonalds cards ...free stuff...where im disabled..and lazy i fall behind on housework and my worker sold me on a girl that was such a great person and extremely honest who came to my place...brought a friend...they both ran around like chickens
moving stuff talking to me distracting me...they were here for an hour and 10 min charged me 120$ and left quickly with their backpacks that i found out later full of my stuff...robbed me blind...told the worker...she said i was lying and gave me back my brand new red pumas sneakers...my brand new under armour hiking boots and 40$...but watches 80$ cash cologne chromebook...Motorola phone bunch of expensive fast charging cables wireless ear buds 4 pairs....2 ipods with over 3000 songs...old but i used them on the walking trails...anyway you get the idea...im sure there was a history there and they where being as professionalas humanly possible ...anyway...I've had my own place for almost a year...I've been to the pharmacy and they're great...but wow...you think McDonald's kids go hard at lunchtime...thats these guys all day.. .and I've met all the drivers and theyre fantastic...I always get smiles...but I've never stolen from them...I know if I meet my house cleaner in Walmart I'm not gonna be a Karen and have a complete meltdown ?.. I'll still say Hi...but I won't be pleasant...

“The parmacist [Kuya] Roland and his staff provide beyond excellent and exceptional service. They pay close attention to details of the prescription and catch what's wrong with it if there's any, especially if it would affect your current condition and they communicate it to your doctor, thus they check your PB, and take the time to ask to see what's going on about your health and provide their expert opinion with regard to your meds if needed. They would prepare your medication for pick-up and they'd deliver if you can't come to the pharmacy. They're more than 100% very caring, friendly and professional. My wife and I have been to many pharmacies within and outside Alberta and this is our favourite. Highly recommended pharmacy in town.”

The kind where most of the staff recognize you or greet you by name.We've figured out that it's best to avoid the busiest times to get faster service. And it doesn't hurt to call in a day or so before you actually NEED a refill, so that you can just pick it up, instead of waiting.The pharmacists and staff go way out of their way to assist you with questions and concerns. They'll help you find cost-effective solutions.Vaccinations can be scheduled for convenience, and are performed comfortably and confidentially in their booth.Their items on sale are quite competitive, often-times priced lower than the national chains. Sometimes you can get items cheaper than anywhere else in Red Deer!But really, cornerstone is the pharmacy, where (unlike the big chains), you're treated like a valued client, not a number. This culture was nurtured by Dev over 40 years ago, and remains to this date.Parking is free and convenient in the West Park Shopping Centre.You can probably figure out that we're fans of this place. If you're fortunate enough to live in West Park or Westlake, you've probably already experienced the friendly small-town service. If you haven't, try it! It's even worth a drive across town to be treated like a somebody at this place.”
