IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING WITH A CORE CHARGE HERE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!
When you purchase something, including a core, you are charged 5% GST. When you return something you paid GST on you should get your GST back. That does not happen here and it's incredibly shady.

Visited today for an ac compressor clutch kit/ pulley with bearing. Called ahead the representative gave me price for complete unit. I told him I am just looking for the pulley if you have it as I had previously checked around and no one had part listing for the clutch kit, he said “depending on which one you need we have both here in stock” To my understanding this meant there was a couple of models for my vehicle. I went into store and told the man behind the counter I had just spoke with someone about the part stated above and he said “ we have no listing of that part maybe who you were talking to was confused, the gentleman then began asking his co workers who had been dealing with our previous conversation. The last employee to be asked said “sure” arrogantly and when he was asked where he seen the separate pulley in question he said “I told him it’s all as one piece it’s not like some old Chevy” then rolled his eyes and shook his head.Though this may seem petty it was a disgusting display of customer service and rude to say the least. I do not bring you my business to be treated this way. I will say the other members of the team were very Proffessional and well mannered but would highly recommend re assessing if this individual fits with the team and company mission statement.

Dont shop here unless you have to… young kid with beard loves having attitude for whatever reason, wont price match, their part was 100% mark up from autovalue or parts source for the exact same part

I needed a few parts for my car, Devon helped find everything, they had all the parts in stock, it was very friendly customer service, and he helped answer all my questions i had. Would highly recomend Napa!

I called ever part store in Red Deer and not a single person could even find a part number for me. I went to Napa and the first gentleman I was dealing with had trouble like everyone else finding it, but instead of giving up he asked a co worker and they worked together to find the right part for me! They are very knowledgeable and wise if you need parts for anything I would highly recommend calling Napa first to completely avoid waisted time with other part stores.

I've been going to Andy and Gary at NAPA for the better part of a decade, ever since I decided to buy fords and could only afford to do my own work. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff and always get what you need. It's rare to see such great service these days.

Went to Napa Auto in Red Deer to return a battery for warranty and was accused of stealing this battery from a wreaked car. They would not stand behind the battery warranty even though the date on the battery clear stated it was not yet a year old.

Went to Napa to buy a starter. Bought one that should work and didn’t. Went back and the lady who helped us took the time to research and search boxes to find one that matched. Very thankful for her time and she efforts in helping us get the right starter.
