Ended up going with this place for rentals for a wedding simply cause they deal with plus sizes. What truly sucked was the fact that the pants don't have belt loops and they have these dumb clips well the pants i got the 1 side kept coming lose so during the whole weeding and all the photos im trying to keep the pants up definitely killed the vibe for me.
When i return the pants the person checks them and is like oh ya i see the one side seems very weak and should be replaced and how it must have sucked to hold them up.
At one time i use to spend alot with moores but the red deer location just sucks

Overall never truly great service at this location over the years. Recently picked up a pair of custom ordered items for my husband. When we went in for alterations and had the employee try to find us something else to buy verses what we ordered when they needed a simply alteration on top of having to wait on customer services when the store is empty.

Ini assisted us with finding a suit for my fiance and his best man for our wedding day. He listened to us and gave some excellent suggestions. David also assisted us with ordering custom shirts. Both individuals provided amazing customer service and conversation. Thank you for the experience!

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is out of respect for Mariana and Nathan who are always super helpful and knowledgeable in literally everything. However I feel as though everytime I go to the red deer location, there are always new staff that don’t really know what they’re talking about and are not very knowledgeable in style or the needs of clients. Just had a wedding rental group with groomsmen and it went really smoothly. So no complaints there.

My fiance and I went to Moores to take a look at suit rentals for my sister in-laws wedding that is in two weeks! (Yes, last minute. I have been away working). We both were unaware that you needed to book an appointment to be fitted for a rental suit. Well Alizon (I think is how you spell it) went out of his way to get myself fitted for a suit! Thank you so much for doing this for myself! See you again in August! This time I will be making an appointment. You guys rock!!

I've gone to Moores for many wedding suit rentals & personal attire. They've always provided me with good service but this last week I had some of the best service in recent years memory. David was extremely helpful and pays close attention to detail. I could not have had a better customer experience with him. His colleague Tanner was also very helpful in gathering items and making sure everything was looked after. I would recommend these two gentleman for anyone looking to get fitted.

today my mother and i came in looking for a grad suit, as soon as we entered a polite young gentleman named Tyson came up to us and helped us with everything i needed. we left, thought about it and came back, and even though we stayed a few minutes past close he made sure we got what we needed and didn’t rush us. 10/10 Tyson deserves a fat raise.
