If you want the VIP experience when you shop, if you want to support an incredible family when you spend money, if you want to look like a million bucks when you leave, then this is the place for you. I have bought everything from a sport coat for a night out to my wedding suit here. I highly recommend this establishment!

I've gotten 2 suit jackets from here, one very unique one and one normal and the service has been exceptional both times! Ajoy knows his stuff and was able to help me get into the right clothes and colours for the events I was going to and look put together.Won't be shopping anywhere else but at Milano for Men!

What's important to the customer doesn't matter here. I went in with a specific description of what I wanted and why - a short sleeved, button-up cotton shirt with pocket. I was basically told I didn't need it. You could have simply told me you don't have any. I certainly won't be back.

They do not honor their return policy. Bought a shirt that was not the right color, a week later went to return it and they said as soon as it leaves the door I cannot return it or get in store credit(online says they take returns within 30 days).The owner was not very polite and had very awful customer service. All for a shirt that is overpriced. Very disappointed.

Honestly would never shop here again and very strongly recommend everyone from not. Very shady manager who likes to beat around the bush and would not honour his exchange policy which is stated clearly on the bottom of his receipt. If you want to have a successful business I recommend not blind siding your customers.

Product is very good quality but service is definitely lacking. Shopping from out of town (live approximately an hour away) and needed some minor alterations to my son's grad suit (hem sleeves & pants). Paid over $600 for my son's suit and was promised to be done by Tuesday (grad photos were happening 8am on Thursday). Was in Red Deer for some other errands and stopped in and suit was not done. No apology or restitution from owner; all he said was that it would be done by noon the next day. Had to make a special trip (one hour each way) to pick up suit so son would have it for grad pictures. No owner in store when I picked up the suit but the salesman we bought from was there. Was super animated & helpful when making the sale the previous week but totally different person when picking up the suit. Same thing, no apology or restitution and was in a hurry to get me out the door so he could light up a cigarette out front of the store. Have one more son to graduate in a couple years and will definitely look elsewhere.

Ajoy was so helpful getting my warmest coat fixed up when he noticed I wasn't wearing an appropriate jacket in the polar vortex. He went above and beyond and I'm so happy!
