This pharmacy can be hit and miss. Some days they have really helpful and friendly pharmacists and other days, you may have to deal with a person who got up on the wrong side of the bed.

Does this pharmacy even have a phone? I've called ever 30 minutes for 3 days in a row and just keep getting brought back to the phone menu after waiting and waiting and waiting on hold. Either they don't have one or they intentionally refuse to answer it, either way the better business bureau is going to be getting my report stating they refuse to help people get their medications which is illegal.

Avoid this pharmacy. Support local businesses and choose another location that will treat you like a human. These pharmacists and their staff are rude, arrogant and miserable. Consistently have to wait extreme amounts of time even when faxing the prescription and calling ahead. Zero sense of urgency. Would rather stand around and gossip with each other than help the lineup of customers waiting to pick up their medication. Very disappointing!

Well, they frequently make mistakes, prescriptions are not filled when they said they would be ready, wasting my time, etc. At least they could have phoned letting me know if there's a delay. Some are friendly but a lot of them are pretty grumpy and often rude.

Much cheaper prices then Safeway. And you are no longer able to receive PC Optimum points, in Alberta you are not able to get any type of reward for a pharmacy purchase, which I am very much against! We are sick, at least let us get something positive out of having to purchase a medication! I do notice that it takes them a bit longer to get prescriptions, but the price makes it worth it.
