The service was so rude yesterday. We were in lammles last night for trick or treating and this social worker and her client were told “we only hand out candy to little ones.” You can clearly see that she is a full grown adult and has some developmental issues.
Instead of being a good person and giving her candy she singled her client out and shamed then both of them. Finally after a brief talk she said “only one”. It’s just candy, why does it need to be such a big deal, it’s supposed to be a fun holiday for everyone, not a serious holiday.
Terrible terrible place, never shopping here again.

Had to stop in to get some clothes for a wedding and had a great experience!
Western attite is not my typical style but I'm thankful the girl on staff was patient enough to help me find some clothes that fit and look great! Love these Wrangler jeans and Ariat boots.
Purchased some shirts as well but found another one I liked better at the lammles across town which was also great to shop at! When a return was requested foe the shirts I didn't need, the same staff member was able to seamless provide a refund which gives me confidence in shopping here again in the future!

Was there today to get a cowboy hat and boots. Was greeted right away and never left my side until I was happy. I went to the lammles in Edmonton on gaitway they were rude there and not helpful. It's def worth the drive to Red Deer.. the two ladies were very helpful 5stars

For my first time in this store, I was just in trying on boots for about 15 minutes and I wasn't even greeted or offered help it was not busy at all. Pretty sad customer service.

Staff were helpful, and they have some tac, but was able to purchase a rope, and had alot of sturdy looking products.

My partner purchased cowboy boots from this store. We were told there was a 30 defect warranty. He never wore the boots other than to try them on in our house. He took them off and we sprayed the with leather spray that we have used on a leather jacket and another pair of boots. The colour on his boots flaked off in 2 places and even though the other items we sprayed were fine the warranty was not honoured as we were told it was the sprays fault - not a fault with the colour. I think this is wrong and will not shop at this store again. Either stand behind your products or warn people that leather spray should not be used.

came in yesterday looking for a new pair of boots with my parents, while being in there i asked the employee if they had boots in store, and was told she would grab them from the back. i don’t even know if she went to look because next thing she’s standing at the counter talking to her co workers

I have made a few purchases here and every time have had the absolute best experience. Everyone who works here is super friendly and ready to help. I happened to be helped by Abbey whenever I am in there. She's very patient and didn't stop until we found the right fit for both hats and boots. The only improvement that could be made would be me asking for the names of the other people who work there as they deserve some love too.
